Privat charter Full Day Cruise: Île aux Cerfs

The private catamaran tour was a really great experience that we would repeat anytime :) the crew was really nice and accommodating☺️

We had a fabulous day trip in a private speed boat with Neptune Cruises. The boat captain John Paul, young and energetic was helpfully courteous making our day trip worth the expense. The exclusive lunch set up at IIle aux island beach was an experience to remember. Neptune also assisted us in enjoying water sports. All in all they are a professional & hospitable agency to go for on eastern coast of Mauritius.

Perfect crew, Repas, Patrick and Jerry. Very friendly, attentive, giving lots of information about the program and beyond. The boat is very suitable, plenty of room on deck.

The crew was outstanding and friendly, with good knowledge of the sights we were seeing. They had great safety briefing and we were comfortable enjoying the entire catamaran. The only “negative” would be to have longer to swim off the boat as that was only 30 minutes and we would have liked to park somewhere for more time. The snorkel/fins gear was great although the corals where we stopped have seen better days. Still there were some fish and clams around that were were fun to see. En route north from Mahebourg, we saw pod of dophins, and just past there, got to jump the cue for our teenage boys to do parasailing at a raft set up offshore. On Île aux Cerfs, the boys got to do some more water sports pulled behind a boat at very reasonable price. We were lucky in August weather to have clear, sun filled sky and moderate winds. Don’t be late to arrive as the lower tide during winter season in the starting bay could prevent your leaving as happened the day before to another group waiting 2 hours before the boat could get out. The lobster BBQ was nice but a bit pricey for what was received at €50/person, but that said, it was delicious and the crew did a great job preparing and presenting it and we’re considerate and consistent in keeping our drinks filled. Highly recommend a private excursion to avoid loud, blasting music and a crowded boat. We had our own (teenage son’s) music connected on the Bluetooth speakers and one of the 2 crew really appreciated hearing Drake and other performers vs the usual loud obnoxious music. Haha! We would happily do this again when returning to this gorgeous island. This was a professional operation and one for our family memory book. Thanks for a wonderful day 3/Aug/2022.

We were traveling by catamaran today. The crew was very attentive. Even if the boat was full, everyone had enough space to relax. The crew was totally helpful and asked for drinks requests again and again. We would definitely book this boat again and recommend.

We had a great day with Captain Pascal! The crew was really nice, they didn't let us die of thirst, they love coca rum! The barbecue at noon was very good, and there was plenty to eat. The only thing I would have liked a little more was the swimming time with the fish. 15min swims too fast!

Beautiful day, the boat beautiful and in perfect condition, the competent and helpful staff, the ride with splendid scenery, diving with live cores, the grill meal Deer Island (watch out, on the other side of the island, don't go swimming: sea urchins everywhere, and you can't see them) In short, a great memory. Even excellent drinks (rum, rosé wine, other non-alcoholic drinks)

As a traveller who has mild walking issues (with a bad knee) it was important to me to have an excursion where I could enjoy the beauty of Mauritius without a lot of walking. The trip picks you up in a private car and takes you directly to the catamaran without needing to walk to the dock. The catamran is spacious and comfortable with toilets and crew that serve you snacks and unlimited drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) including rose and white wine! When you get to the island, the crew help you from the boat and onto the beach. The island is wonderful and has bars, restaurants and of course toilets. The trip provides snorkelling and the crew can help you to do this. I would thoroughly recommend this for people with walking problems and for elderly people too.
