When we got to the meeting point, there was nobody! We had gotten up extra early and arrived before 7:30 am, per instructions, and there was no one there to greet us. It took us 3 frantic calls to the tour operators (they said they had no such reservation as ours) and to Viator the booking agent (they said we had a reservation) to realize there was no reservation at all! Imagine our disappointment, not to mention the total waste of time. We eventually got a refund, but we wasted one whole morning of our precious vacation time. Never again!

A great trip well worth the money and time. Not only was the trip fun, Dan also gave lots of Maui knowledge that made the trip even more enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this for someone looking for a little excitement.

Absolutely great experience for the whole family!!! My kids loved every minute and seeing the dolphins and turtles in their natural environment was a huge bonus!! We will be back

Our family had a great time on the jet boat! It was the perfect amount of intensity for our kids (ages 13, 10, and 8). Captain Dan has tons of great info about the area and he made the trip a lot of fun.

Booked a boat tour and never got the confit.atjon email not did I get a text... Called to cancel and the owner Dan was rude and just hung up the phone on me...DO NOT BOOK

We had a group of 9, ages 7-70 and everyone had a blast. We saw lots of whales, got soaked and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Captain Dan was very knowledgeable and made us feel extremely safe going over all of the information about the boat before the trip. Would definitely do this again during whale season.

This jet boat is powered by two 325 hp engines, and the boat moves, it spins, and guests get wet. It goes up and down the West Maui coast, whales, porpoises, and turtles can be seen on some trips. Perhaps there was too much spinning for my taste.

I agree with previous review that it's fun and informative ...but it's mostly fun! We had a great time. Dan is relaxed and shared a lot of his knowlege of the islands... provided great info for arrival etc., and reviewed safety information. The ride wet and high speed, as he promised. They showed us areas to snorkel that we could go to independently and gave us some history of various areas and pointed out interesting places. Overall it was a great experience but if a bumpy ride without cushioning will hurt your back, you better skip it!

I had a terrible experience on my 1-Hour Guided Jet Boat Tour in Kaanapali. The captain of this boat was so rude and disrespectful towards me. I fell getting into the boat and hurt myself and he could careless. They kept pushing the boat into the water as I fell to transfer us to the jet boat. Once we were loading onto the jet boat he pointed me out and very rudely asked me to wait to the side while everyone else boarded the boat. After everyone was already on the boat he got even more nasty and told me I had "10" pounds of sand on me from when I took my fall and to find the ladder at the edge of the boat and to lower myself into water?? Never asked if I was okay or anything. Didn't ask if I could swim. I asked him for help and he said figure it out because he didn't want any sand in his boat! Then he drove off fast in his transfer boat to get the other group of participants at the beach and left me. There was no captain or employees on the jet boat at this time. So if I was to drown he would careless. For one I can't swim. For two I had no life vest! For three I felt racially discriminated against for being African American. I will like a refund but I'm also going to the doctor for my leg being dragged.

if you can handle roller coasters this is a must do with kids!! excellent and you will get wet!! i have 3 teenagers and this was super cool for them
