The driver was very slow at first and then he was on his phone for most of the trip. Almost got into an accident from not paying attention. Very disappointed
Our driver at CDG never showed up after 45 min. Had to get taxi. We called Viator, and we did not receive helpful information
The driver has a short wait ti.e. schedule your pick up 30 min after your arrival time to allow for baggage retrieval.
Both the driver and company were very unprofessional. I had changed of address for my destination and have already contacted the company about the change but no one responded. When the driver picked me up at the airport. He was on the phone the entire time. Did not pay attention to the roads and took me back the previous address even after i showed him the proof that the change have already been reported.
Punctual, friendly and safe driver! Smooth exit from CDG and pleasant drive to our hotel, pointing out a few landmarks along the way. Would gladly book again!
The transfer was perfection. Ahmed was waiting at the exit of customs. He was friendly and professional - he even sent a text via whatsapp to ldt me know he was waiting and to make sure I had his number. He was a careful driver and the vehicle was in excellent condition. It was so nice having such a good experience after getting off an overnight flight. Outstanding value for the price paid!
