Amr was great!!! Responsible, dependable and punctual. He was incredibly friendly. This entire service from beginning to end was great. Abu Khaled coordinated everything the day before and ensured it went smoothly, which it did. The car was new and clean and Amr’s driving was excellent. my sister and i were in egypt for about a week and used this service multiple times. it was the best! we had three drivers: galal, mohammed, and ahmed. all of them were great. galal made sure we were safe outside the pyramids, ahmed taught us a ton about egypt, and mohammed helped us find things to do when we ran out! it was great to chat with them all day!

5/5 This was my first time visiting Egypt, specifically Cairo, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this driver again. I contacted him via WhatsApp before arriving, and he was responsive, helpful, and understood exactly what I wanted from the trip. He arrived at the airport on time and immediately made both me and my wife feel safe and comfortable. The drive itself was smooth and stress-free. One of the biggest advantages was not having to deal with negotiating prices or worrying about taxis. We had already agreed on a fair price in advance, which made everything much easier. Although his English was limited, he clearly understood what we were looking to experience and made the day run seamlessly. We communicated through WhatsApp when needed, which worked really well and avoided any confusion. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond—at the end of the day, he recommended a fantastic restaurant that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. We used their service for one day in Cairo, starting from the airport. Pros: - The vehicle was new and comfortable. Minus : - The driver did not speak English, which made communication difficult. For a service costing around $100 per day, we expected easier communication. - We informed the company two hours before arrival that our flight had changed, but this information did not seem to be taken into account. The driver waited at a different terminal, so we had to wait about 30 minutes after landing. - When we asked to go to the pyramids, the driver initially stopped near a shop and suggested going on horseback. We preferred to be dropped at the official entrance instead, where free shuttle buses are available inside the site.

Our driver Mohamed was very courteous and punctual. He contacted me to let me know his car registration and was at the airport before our flight landed. He waited patiently for us as we went through immigration and then took us around Cairo. He went the extra mile to continually update us about important landmarks as we drove through the town, despite not being very good with English (he used a translation app on his phone, which worked very well).
