Our group of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids, did a half day private snorkeling tour with Chris and Boni. It was our favorite day of the trip! My daughter (7) really wanted to see a sea turtle and Chris knew right where to take us. We saw a sea turtle, spider crab, eel, pufferfish and a ton of beautiful coral and small tropical fish. We loved Coral Gardens, as it was less crowded than Hol Chan. My 10 year old is very curious and interested in snorkeling. Chris was very kind to help my son learn how to go farther down into the water, teaching him tips and tricks for snorkeling. Chris was also very patient with my 7 year old, helping her along the way. Overall, Chris was a knowledgeable guide and was wonderful with our kids. Boni was a great captain and made tasty ceviche from conch Chris found in the water while we were on the boat. My kids loved seeing the conch shells and how they removed the conch from them. I can’t recommend them enough- request Chris and Boni for a fabulous experience! They won’t steer you wrong.
