Det er stort bronzet Buddha billede eller Phra Mongkhon Bophit er en af de største bronze Buddha billeder i Thailand med sine foranstaltninger på 9,5 meter over skødet og en højde på 12,5 meter. Buddha-billedet sidder i positionen for Subduing Mara. Under Ayutthaya's andet fald blev bygningen og billedet hårdt ødelagt af ild. Wat Phra Sri Sanphet er beliggende på byens ø i Ayutthayas verdensarvspark i Pratu Chai-underkvarteret. The tour was an easy tour to participate in. The only factor to be aware of is that there is a fair amount of walking as part of the tour in order to access the historical sites and grasp the architectural beauty and the situational impact of all those ancient facilities. The other factor perhaps is it’s hot in Thailand and good share of the year. I was fortunate that during my tour we did not encounter rain storms. I had a great tour and I have been waiting a good number of years to get to Bangkok to do these things. My tour guide was a lady by the name of. Benjamat, and she was a class act from all perspectives. She was very insightful and articulate with the historical background of the old facilities that we were walking through and insights into the battles and the key people of those days that made things happen. She kept things moving, but had a pace that was just right for my stage of life. She was very attentive to the heat the need for refreshment and selected a delightful place for lunch at served wonderful traditional Thai food. She made the day very enjoyable and very enlightening. She has stimulated me to do homework and now that I’m back home and dig into some of the historical events that took place around the old capital. I would highly recommend a tour and specifically I would highly recommend seeking out.Benjamat as your tour guide you will not be disappointed. My personal thanks to Benjamiat for her care and personal investment in the tour to make it such a memorable life event for me. Bravo.

We had an amazing experience on the Private Ayutthaya Day Tour from Bangkok, and our guide Kit truly made the day special. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the history in a clear and engaging way, and was always patient and happy to answer all our questions. The tour itself was very well organized, with comfortable transportation, good pacing, and plenty of time to explore the temples. Kit also made sure we were comfortable throughout the day, helped with photos, and shared interesting cultural insights that made the experience much richer. Overall, it was a fantastic and memorable trip—highly recommended if you want a personalized and insightful visit to Ayutthaya.
We went in April, which is the summer season, so if you go during this time be prepared for a lot of heat. Since you are going into temples and need to wear long pants, be sure they are light and cool. With that said, the stories were very educational and interesting and you will learn a lot about the Thai people and religon and culture. The ancient city is about 2 hours out of Bangkok, so plan on this tour being all day. Also, this is a private tour and our guide, Kit, was always helpful and also a great photographer at all the sites.

What a fantastic experience, our guide was so full of knowledge about Malaysia, this enhanced the experience so much. Always making sure we had refreshments and a good lunch. But the site visits themselves were amazing, a great half day excursion if you want to know a little more about the history of Malaysia and Kuala Lumpur.
Kit took us on this tour all around Ayutthaya. He was really knowledgeable and accommodating. He could answer all our questions about the sites and gave us time to wander independently. One of us got too hot and he found a place for them to rest. Highly recommend this tour!
From start to finish the experience was seamless and delightful! Ms. Puk and the driver arrived at the hotel promptly at 8:00 AM, quickly found us, and greeted us warmly. Ms. Puk thoughtfully brought offerings for our first stop and introduced us to proper Thai etiquette. She ensured we stayed comfortable and hydrated in the intense heat, and her deep knowledge of the sites, history, and temples greatly enriched the tour.
