Friendly and courteous driver!
A very easy process. We received a what's app message as soon as we landed and the very professional driver met us as we exited with our bags. A short walk until we reached the very spacious vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about NZ and made our ride enjoyable. Gave us tips regarding what to do over the next couple of days.

Was really impressed with this service. Received an email soon after the booking. The day before I was picked up I was contacted by driver Rahul to confirm details. On the morning he messaged to say when he'd be with me. Picked up on time, vehicle was immaculately clean. Rahul drove safely and was nice company. An asset to the organisation! Definitely recommend.

We booked this service for an airport pickup, but unfortunately the driver did not arrive, and after waiting about 20 minutes, we had to reach out. The company responded and explained honestly that it had been forgotten, offering to send another driver within 20 minutes or provide an immediate refund. I truly appreciated three things: the honesty in admitting the mistake, the quick alternative of arranging another driver, and the immediate willingness to issue a refund. In the end, I chose to cancel and received the refund promptly. While I didn’t get to experience the actual service, I do value transparency and accountability. Because of that, I believe in giving second chances and would consider trying them again in the future.

We appreciated the driver waiting for us even after I did not respond to the message he sent me because I wasn't looking at my phone as we were busy trying to get through customs, collect luggage, and find the meeting point.

Our driver from HopinCab was excellent. He was fun very knowledgeable and handled all the bags!!! (Heavy bags!) with grace. Thanks for starting our trip so favorably!!!
