Vores chauffør vil tage imod dig i lufthavnens ankomsthal med et skilt og eskortere dig til Piazzale Roma, Venedigs bilterminal. Du vil derefter blive omladt til en privat vandtaxi til din placering. Denne private overførsel foretages halvt i bil og halvt med vandtaxi, bare for at du kan spare penge og komme så hurtigt som muligt til Venedig!

Excellent driver and then I was transported by boat to my hotel. I would do it again . My bags were handles with care and if you are a solo traveler it’s worth the price
It made the start to our Italian trip very easy. Our driver met us at the exit of the airport area after getting our bags and navigated us from car to boat to our hotel.
I did not receive the service. The company canceled me. They reused to reschedule or offer credit. The service is probably good. Customer service needs more improvement.
Dear Eloise, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. However, we would like to clarify what happened. The transfer was scheduled based on the flight information you originally provided. That flight landed 45 minutes earlier than expected, and as stated in our service description, our drivers include up to 1 hour of waiting time after the scheduled landing. Unfortunately, we were not informed that you had changed flights. We only learned about this more than 1.5 hours after the scheduled arrival time, and we were unable to contact you earlier as your phone was switched off. Since no updated flight details were communicated, and the driver waited the full hour, the service was considered a no-show as per our policy. We regret that we couldn’t arrange a new transfer on such short notice, but we did suggest booking a local option for convenience at that point. Our driver met us at the airport with a sign and helped with our bags. Transfer to water taxi was easy. Our water taxi, however, dropped us off blocks and blocks away from our destination, even though we were located on a canal. This was NOT what we had expected. We are both seniors and had to lug heavy suitcases for blocks up and down stairs and bridges full of tourists. Very disappointed and sore the next day. For the price, we should have been taken to our hotel and given some directions. We were lost.
They were right on time. Very friendly driver. So great not to have the stress of trying to figure out how to get to the hotel!
This is the best way to travel from the airport to Venice! The driver was very professional and friendly, and the boat transfer was seamless plus a timesaver…highly recommend it.
We were met at arrivals and the driver took our bags and walked us to a Mercedes van which drive us into Venice, dropping us at the dock where we were taken by private vapporetto to the closest drop off to our rental.
