Driver was very friendly and professional. On time and vehicle was very clean. Would highly recommend.
Rude and unhelpful driver. Booking agency just collects its fee and then has nothing to do with the service.
It was amazing . Jonathan was great and enthusiastic. The wine tours were detailed and tasty . The weather was beautiful. My favorite was Casa Emma . Ended up with over 6 bottles of wine for home .
The service was excellent. Our driver was right where we were told he would be and he helped with our bags.
The driver arrived on time and he was very helpful and very nice! But please update the pick up instructions there is no terminal C and the company (not the driver’s fault) need to update/fix pick up instructions. To meet at the tabacchi shop in the middle of the station. Or meet in front of venchi or any other landmarks. We ask the police, station employees, train line employees where was exit C and nobody knew about it.

Traveling with a family of 7 and this was well worth it! Marco was incredibly professional, took care of all the details and made it easy to get from the train station to where we stayed. Appreciated him pointing out important monuments, bridges and buildings during our ride.

Driver was waiting helped with all of our luggage and had a great attitude. Also the advance communication was great!

Train was late beyond our control and the driver just had to drive 5 minutes from Firenze Train station to St. Regis and he complained the whole road saying he had other clients… so who we were then? Not a good example of Italy hospitality!

The driver was waiting for us when we walked off the train. It made getting from the train to our hotel simple.
