Privat ankomstoverførsel: BKK pr DMK Lufthavne til Bangkok

I’ve booked transfers thru viatours all over the world and several times in Thailand but this was the worst. If it was our first time at that airport we’d have been in trouble but we know it very well so we were able to sort it out but…First when I booked the transfers thru viatours it usually asks for the flight and date. Then it shows the time and you confirm it . It also asks for the hotel and it comes up automatically . This booking did none of that so when I got a confirmation it said the wrong pick up time. I couldn’t find the information I put in anywhere or reference to the time . I contacted viators who said I put in the wrong flight but if it had the scroll I would have noticed . I still can’t find any information about the booking other than a confirmation number and date. even on my ticket. This is very odd! Problem number 2 . We arrive and told in one document that was sent to.me to go to entrance 3 and another said 6. It turns out it was 4 . But no one was there with a sign anywhere. We went to a Viator s agent who called the driver and we were told to go outside and watch for lane 4 of passing traffic . No sign . No licence number . Nothing. I Didn’t know what car to look for and they didn’t know us. Finally they sent a what’s ap with their car number. And we took a photo of ourselves and sent it to them. In all that chaos! Like I said I’m glad we’re familiar with this airport . But the clincher came when he google translated a message to us ( he was supposed to be able to speak English) saying it’s 50 minutes to drive to our location but 35 if he takes the tolls but we’d have to pay for the tolls! We’d been told in the past about this issue but never experienced it before. It didn’t anything like that when I booked it. We’ve used other companies and this was a first. I’m not sure I’ll use viators for transfers again.

The driver's guide was difficult to find in the very crowded meeting area but once we hooked up everything went smoothly. The Toyota Camry was clean, comfortable and very sensibly priced.

Very reliable and great Service. Always responded and answered all questions. We would use this service again.

we were 4 couples with 8 suit cases. I asked the travel company several times about the space in the van. Viator spoke to the company and reassured me that it is not a problem. How ever upoin arrival the bus was not big enough. We had very little space to sit and the driver had difficulty loading Not a pleasant experience Never again

Overall experience was amazing and drive is friendly, helpful and easy to work with. I am definitely recommend him.
