Driver Danny was on time and very friendly. He even texted the night before to confirm Would recommend this service .
We booked and PAID IN FULL. Followed up with a confirmation phone call and nobody showed up to collect us from airport when we arrived. When we called them they said they were at the hotel waiting for us!!??? They charged us 99 ringgit and said it would be for a return trip to and from hotel. Of course that wasn’t true it turned out it was only one way and it only cost us 55 ringgit from airport to hotel. So they overcharged us AND didn’t show up!!! Not to be trusted!!!! Definitely will not recommend

Upon investigation, we learned that you booked Private Departure Transfer which is supposed to start from the hotel to the airport. Next time if you need a transfer service from the airport to the hotel, we recommend you to book the correct product which is Private Arrival Transfer. Rest assured, we'll take the necessary actions to prevent such occurrences in the future through better communication between us. Reliable with a comfortable and clean air conditioned car. Would be even better if confirmation could be earlier and with WhatsApp.
Booking a was a breeze, driver was punctual. I booked a van as there were 5 adults with a lot of luggage. Only thing was I was not informed of vehicle details until I asked. Was a little anxious if driver will turn up. But overall pleasant experience and will book again. Price more affordable than another platform which shall not be named.
The company communicated with us the day before to confirm the pickup time. Our driver on the day was on time and the vehicle was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.
