Canceled at last minute saying they went to the wrong address. We needed to book another fair quickly. Should have used the company that picked us up at the airport.
Absolutely terrible experience. We booked a car from our hotel in Paris to CDG airport early in the morning. We received an email which stated that the driver will be waiting us in the lobby of the hotel at the arrange hour. In the morning the there was no one waiting for us, the car didn't come at all. We waited around 10 minutes in front of the hotel with all our baggage and my husband tried to call them but no one answered. In the email they wrote an Emargency number in case of delay. Well, how can you give an unreachable number and call that Emergency?! Shame on you!!! We almost missed our flight. I won't mention the psychological effects that you caused to our family!!!!
I booked, and payed in advance a taxi for the morning, to the airport. I had a flight to catch, so I relied on them. I received a confirmation, that the driver will awaits me at the lobby of my hotel on time. When I went there, noones was awaitng me, when I tried to call them I was notified that the number is inactive. You can imagine my frustration, I sent them email and again - nothing. I managed to organize another way to go to the airport, with the help of the receptionist of the hotel. So I managed to catch my flight in the last minute. At least I received an email, that they said they are sorry for that and I was refunded.
The driver was on time for pick up, professional and helpful. We had a van for our pick up of 3 people and it was perfect for all of our luggage.
Our driver was right on time, loaded our luggage while we checked out and was very friendly. It was a smooth ride overall.
We were lucky enough to get the same driver that we had for the airport pick up a week prior. He was on time and we were very happy to see him. He is so friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend this service!
Our driver arrived early and our trip to Orly was perfect on Feb 5, 2026. Highly recommend. Very nice car, plenty of room for 4 adults plus luggage.

We have had great experiences with transfers. Drivers (we had the same one for pickup and return) are on time, efficient and know airport layouts. It decreases stress for us, completely worth it.

The experience booking with Zont Cab through this site was seamless, and made getting to CDG so easy! I was contacted via WhatsApp, which made it easy to communicate with the operator. Our driver, Serge, was perfectly on-time, got us loaded into his vehicle, which fit all of our luggage and ourselves with ease, he offered us mints and bottles of water, made some chitchat, and then turned on light music. Fortunately, there was little-to-no Paris traffic, and our delivery to the airport was effortless. We appreciated the thoroughness of the car company and Serge. We plan to use this service again when we are able to make the long journey to Paris once again. Many thanks for easing our stress on a travel day!
