Our excellent guide, Betty, made this an enlightening and informative experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about WWII, the Cold War and Berlin’s evolution as a city. During the walk through the streets, she kept us engaged and entertained. A must-do tour!
Excellent guide very engaging and passionate. Loved this tour, fascinating and very interesting, highly recommend!
Betty is such an amazing amazing guide! She is super passionate and sympathetic about everything - would recommend this walking tour to all who came to Berlin and wants to know more abt the history and hidden gem of Berlin.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Boyd through the streets of Berlin. He was a wealth of knowledge and a World War II history buff. So we fit right in. We asked him to show us how the trains work and how to get from point A to point B. We learned a lot from our walks amongst historical sites and monuments. We ended up at a food hall that had some of the best pasta ever tasted. Who knew? so thanks again, Boyd and we’ll see you when we pass through here again. Lee & Kathy
We had a great day out with Boyd exploring Berlin’s history. Boyd was able to tailor his tour for our teenagers and provide some fantastic insights for this amazing city.
Enjoyed my stroll around Berlin with Seth. He tailored the tour to my interests and we got a lot into our time. Would definitely recommend him.
Betty was a fun and entertaining guide for our WWII History of Berlin tour. We enjoyed her energy and humor - she made the 4 hours fly by! I highly recommend her as your guide in Berlin.
Visiting Berlin with Michele was a tour de force in seeing the important sights in the present day city center and understanding the events and forces that shaped it over the centuries. In one amazing morning Michèle walked us around the key cultural, educational and political sites and enabled us to navigate the city. She was flexible with accommodating our interests. She even gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend her tour to first time visitors and returning visitors who want to get an in-depth understanding of the city.
Chris knows the history and architecture of Berlin extremely well and presents it very comprehensively. He answered all our questions and tailored the tour to our interests. A great and very pleasant guide. Highly recommend him.
Betty took us on a tour of Berlin and almost immediately it felt like old friends being taken around to see the history and highlights of this fascinating place. Betty provided great background and pointed out things we wouldn’t have known about (such as the checkpoint station). We talked about lots of things from the war/Cold War history to how Berliners see themselves now. She was great company and very accommodating when we decided we had to look at everything in the museum at the Berlin Wall. It was a great day and if we get back to Berlin we’ll definitely be booking Betty on another tour
