Our stellar 3+ day private tour began in the planning stages with Rita, our Travel Expert with Hidden Iceland. Her communications and responsiveness increased our excitement and preparation with a tailored experience for our group of 4 women. Our knowledgable and personable guide, Fannar, shared his love of Iceland through stories and tailored experiences. We went behind waterfalls, captured geysers in slo-Mo, absorbed the aura of glaciers, immersed ourselves in the geothermal waters and ate some of the finest food anywhere. We highly recommend Hidden Iceland for their exceptional planning and organization; Icelandic knowledge and expertise; unique trip personalization with fun experiences; and their guidance through this land of fire and ice.

Our private 4-day tour for just the two of us was the adventure of a lifetime. Solrun from Hidden Island was very responsive and patiently worked with us to create a package that met all of our hopes in the price point agreed upon. Each hotel we stayed in was uniquely delightful, and we were not inundated to too many people. Food was fabulous. Driving ATVs on the black sand beaches was thrilling. Exploring the ice cave after trekking across the glacier was breathtaking. Soaking in the Blue Lagoon was a treat. Our activities were the best for this winter adventure. Learning about the history and culture of Iceland from our guide Ingimundur was undoubtedly the best part of our adventure. We will carry Iceland in our hearts forever.

We arranged a private 4 day three night northern lights long weekend with another couple. Hidden Iceland service, responsiveness, itinerary, flexibility, coordination, and guide were amazing. We will use them again, if and when we return for a summer trip. Our guide, Fannar, was incredible. Smart, knowledgeable, friendly, fun, flexible, and gave us great insight into everything from every day life to astronomy. We could not have had a better experience.

Traveled to Iceland last fall for my husband's 50th Birthday. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful company. Top notch from beginning to end. Easy communication throughout the planning. They actually helped us. book two separate tours back to back and arranged for the overnight stay in between. We did the 2 day Glacier Lagoon and the 1 day golden Circle. Both of our tour guides were amazing. Very informative and kept us safe. Truly a spectacular experience and would highly recommend. It was the perfect way to experience Iceland without having to worry about driving ourselves. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience! Our guide was fantastic and we loved hearing all about the sites that we saw as well as Icelandic culture. He also made last minute stops for the group to take amazing photos, including a northern lights stop!

Our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Iceland wouldn't have happened without Aaron at Hidden Iceland. His recommendations allowed us to explore some beautiful places and meet wonderful people on the shared 2-day tour, as well as the Golden Circle tour. I finally got to see the gorgeous Northern Lights - which was at the top of my bucket list! And we really lucked out with Bjorn as our guide for both tours - he was amazing and his knowledge of all things Iceland really blew me away! The only thing we didn't care for was the whale watching tour on the large boat, but I can't blame Aaron for that one - we picked it (if you want to do it - go on one of the smaller boats). I've told all of my friends - a visit to Iceland is a must!

Einor was an amazing guide with lots of fun facts and information. He changed up the schedule to make the most of the weather and was a very kind individual.

We did the two day South Coast trip. Einar made our trip so memorable! He was able to answer all of our questions about Icelandic life and was so flexible in optimizing our itinerary for the weather. He moved one waterfall visit to the second day so we could take advantage of the better weather to visit the glacier lagoon and diamond beach in the sunshine, and made a side trip to a grocery store at our request to accommodate our wish for a licorice hunting expedition! We learned some words of Icelandic. Additionally, Einar was so friendly and funny and constantly checking to make sure we were having the best time possible. We had a wonderful glacier hike with Martin who works with Local Guides which partners with Hidden Iceland, also a local outfit. . Hidden Iceland is a great small local outfit and would be well worth it. I would not hesitate to use them again, especially Einar!

This tour felt like a private tour from the moment Einar picked us up. He was engaging, fun and knowledgeable. He provided thoughtful answers to our curious questions and shared important cultural facts about living in Iceland. We especially appreciate his willingness to adjust the itinerary based on weather conditions and timing so we could get the best experience possible. Einar made our 2 day south coast tour feel like a week with him - but in the best way. Booking this tour was one of the best decisions we made for our intro to the gorgeousness that is Iceland.

Einar was a great tour guide for our group of 8. He was knowledgeable, funny, considerate, helpful, and took great care of our group. He was flexible and somehow also kept us on schedule. We saw our entire itinerary plus some fun extras! Would definitely recommend Hidden Iceland and Einar for any future Iceland touring needs!
