The guide was amazing. However, the package included lunch as well. It was at one of the most average looking restaurant with a limited/cheapest dishes on the menu that was selected specially for the package. The dishes we could choose from were only fried cheese and watered down soup.

We were late because we came from Budapest and didn't anticipate that the travel time may take longer. Our tour guide, nevertheless, waited patiently for us and took us to the most important landmarks of Bratislava.
