Beskrivelse
Denne aktivitet anbefales til folk i alle aldre fra 14 år, hvor de vil opleve at glide på bølgerne i Playa de Las Americas, hvor du vil få en uforglemmelig oplevelse. Aktiviteten varer 2 timer og inkluderer alt nødvendigt udstyr såsom surfbræt, våddragt, støvler og lycra. Det starter med en 20-minutters teorisession, hvor vi forklarer det grundlæggende i surfing og teknikker, der hjælper dig med at nyde dine første bølger. Stranden, hvor vi skal surfe, er lavet af vulkansk klippe, hvor bølgerne er perfekte for både begyndere og øvede surfere. I havet vil de altid blive guidet af en erfaren instruktør og skal følge deres instruktioner. Ved afslutningen af timen vil der blive udført strækøvelser for at forebygge skader, og deltagerne vil diskutere deres oplevelse. Hun vendte tilbage til skolen for at skifte tøj og tage et bad i vores faciliteter, inden hun så de billeder, som vores fotograf havde taget. Den gode energi efter surfing er magisk! Aloha mahalo

Tidsplanerne kan variere på grund af sikkerhed, tidevand og optimale forhold, og de justeres altid for at give dig den perfekte session. Solopgangs-, solnedgangs- og gruppeklasser kræver mindst 3-5 surfere. For at booke instruktører på polsk, russisk, fransk eller italiensk, er det nødvendigt at gøre det 48 timer i forvejen. Vores polske instruktør, Thor, er kun tilgængelig om søndagen og mandagen. Reservationer foretaget efter kl. 18.00 kræver bekræftelse fra vores team. Great surf school! It was my first time on a board and I felt very well instructed. The fact that the group consisted of only five students was also very positive, as the instructor had a good overview and was able to help everyone. Definitely recommended. I would book again anytime. :)

Crazy experience, super recommended to anyone who wants to try surfing for the first time. The instructors are super, they make you feel immediately at ease and guide you step by step to be able to ride the wave. Fun guaranteed!!

Great place for surfing lessons, jurek is a great instructor , very friendly and patient .I would recommend this surf school for beginners and the more experienced.

I had the best time with Ocean Life Tenerife from start to finish! I booked online, and when the conditions weren’t great on the original date, they got in touch and rearranged for a better time—super professional. The others in the group didn’t turn up, but Jerzy still took me out solo. Man, he worked me hard! Such a positive, kind guy who really made sure I had the best experience. All the equipment is included, the changing facilities are clean, and you can securely leave your gear in the shop. Showers are available after too. Would definitely recommend!
