We were the only two people on the tour. It was a very fulfilling day thanks to Kirsty's attentive and knowledgeable work. The wine tasting made it clear to me that I liked it. This tour is highly recommended as it is difficult to visit four wineries on your own.

We waited an hour to be picked up and they never arrived. Tried to phone them but to no avail. Eventually I went into 'Manage my booking' and there was a comment that they had cancelled to tour. It would have been nice if they had contacted us either by phone, text or email to tell us this. We traveled 6 hours just to do this tour and were very disappointed. They just said to use an Uber instead....

We booked this Wine Tour to celebrate my wife's upcoming birthday. We were picked up from our hotel and met Kirsty, who was next level welcoming and put us at ease immediately. Had a wonderful day tasting some of the best wines Hawkes Bay has to offer. Hats off to Kirsty for her commentary and knowledge of the local area. Well done guys! Thanks to Kirsty [Thirsty Kirsty, she says!] for taking us on this small group tour (just 5 of us) Visited Brookfields, Pask, Trinity Hills and Mission. Our two little tasting glasses survived the flight home! It was especially memorable as it was my husband's birthday. This was a great tour with plenty of wine! Visited four different vineyards and enjoyed the ambience of each. Kirsty was our driver and she was very informative about the area and the vineyards. Met some lovely people on the tour

Guide picked up everyone late with some people waiting over an hour. When driving to the vineyard she said she couldn’t talk to us and drive as she had no microphone. She was difficult to understand and reprimanded me for contacting the company to let them know. She then informed me she was cancelling my tour. I have booked 8 different trips in the last month and enjoyed all but this one. Do not use
Hi Brenda, We have carefully investigated this matter and would like to provide a clear and honest response. Our findings show that only one guest arrived late, resulting in a brief delay of approximately five minutes. As this was a shared tour, such minor delays can occasionally occur and are generally understood by all participants. However, during the tour, your behaviour was reported as disruptive and distressing to both the guide and other guests. Our guide found it difficult to manage the group effectively due to the situation and felt uncomfortable. Additionally, the first winery raised concerns about the atmosphere being negatively impacted. Despite this, we continued with the itinerary and took you to a second winery for tasting. Unfortunately, the concerns regarding your conduct persisted. More seriously, it has been reported that you made physical contact with our guide in a manner that is unacceptable under any circumstances. At that point, our company manager made the decision to support the guide in ending your participation in the tour and arranging transport back, so the remainder of the group could continue and enjoy their experience. Following this, the rest of the group was able to relax and complete the tour, which is reflected in the positive feedback received from other guests on the same tour. We take the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests very seriously. Physical aggression towards our team is not tolerated under any circumstances.
