Deltag i en halvdags tur til det berømte Pachacamac-tempel, der ligger kun en kort afstand fra Lima. Bygget af forskellige ledere gennem århundrederne og mellem årene 200 og 1450 e.Kr., er denne religiøse sammensætning helt ud af ler og huser de gigantiske pyramider af sol og måne. Denne omfattende sightseeingtur giver dig et indblik i kultur, historie og arkitektur for både Inca og pre-Inca mennesker.

Vi besøger Pachacamacs arkæologiske helligdom, kun 30 km. syd for Lima. Det blev bygget i Adobe med udsigt til havet og Lurin-floddalen.

Ved ankomsten af inkaerne blev komplekset tilpasset til at blive et administrativt center, der respekterede og tilpassede de lokale konstruktioner. Du kan blandt andet finde Solens Tempel, Acllahuasi, Taurichumbi-paladset og Pilgrimspladsen. Vi vil også besøge Site Museum for at få et bedre indblik og værdsætte de reddede rester af området. Solens og månens massive templer er kendt for at være sammensætningens mest slående træk. Bygget udelukkende af ler, blev anslået 50 millioner soltørrede mursten alene brugt i konstruktionen af Solens Tempel. Udgravninger i området fortsætter med at afsløre yderligere indsigt i Moche- og Huari-kulturerne, der strakte sig over perioden fra 200 til 800 e.Kr.

This was a great tour and learned so much about the Pre-Inca culture! The site is massive and highly recommended this tour to help you understand all the sites in the sanctuary. But to really make the trip memorable, request Mario! He was so knowledgeable and presented the information with such passion that you were captivated the entire time!
It was a great tour with Mario as an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, personable guide and Claudio as a great driver. Mario responded well to questions, shared amazing folklore, and shared his wi-fi.

Very good, the wonderful guide, maybe a little cumbersome the vehicular traffic, shocking how extensive the place and know more of the history of Peru
