Erik did a great job driving and guiding us to Prague. We are senior citizen and required many rest stops. He was very patient and helpful. We saw two castles and Kutna Hora bone church on the way. Erik explained us the history and significance of these places. We were at the hotel in time.
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable day getting from Vienna to Prague with Klara. Shout out to the booking staff who were able to help us pivot and accommodate the changes in our Danube River cruise necessitated by low water. Finding us was a bit challenging (no fault of Klara's), but she persisted! What a lovely, friendly, and interesting woman! Along the way, she shared about herself and her life as well as information about the areas we were traveling through. Her restaurant recommendation for lunch was fabulous. One of our group members uses a walker and was slow with stairs, fatigued with long distances and challenged by cobblestones. Klara went above and beyond in Cesky Krumlov by choosing the most appropriate routes, being exceedingly patient and picking us up at the bottom of the hill rather than making him walk back up. We would absolutely choose this company again. It was a positive experience from start to finish. And what a great idea to break up a few hours with some interesting stops. Thank you so much.
It was truly wonderful! It was a great way to explore smaller towns that are usually hard to reach without driving. As a family with child, we felt completely safe and relieved from the fatigue and stress of driving in an unfamiliar place. Martina was an amazing tour guide! She took us to a gorgeous café, introduced us to some very authentic local drinks, and helped us take so many wonderful family photos. We are so grateful to her. Thank you, Martina!
Our transfer with Petra was great. We saw towns we would not have seen on a train and Petra shared much history of the Czech Republic with us. She was friendly and knowledgeable, plus answered questions about daily life asked by our group. Only one other couple on our tour and one of them had food restrictions. Petra smoothly handled finding a restaurant with options that worked for him on our stop. The van was comfortable with good air conditioning despite the very hot summer day. While we waited at the pickup spot in the morning, we also chatted with Sidetrip staff who were leading a different group to Berlin and they were also friendly and helpful. We would definitely use Sidetrip again.

We had an amazing sightseeing transfer from Vienna to Prague with our wonderful guide and driver, Pavlina. The journey was very comfortable and relaxing, and full of beautiful scenery and interesting stops along the way. Pavlina was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, sharing great information about the local history and culture throughout the trip. She made the experience smooth and enjoyable, ensuring we were comfortable at every stop. Her driving was safe and efficient, and her warm personality truly made the day special. This was much more than just transportation between two cities — it instantly became one of the highlights of our trip. We highly recommend this tour and especially Pavlina to anyone traveling from Vienna to Prague!
