Its a good gimmick to get you into a chocolate shop. The workshop was about 10 minutes, tops. We just poured already made chocolate into some plastic, then put a couple decorations on top. Pretty lame "workshop" nothing like the picture suggests.
Not very interesting they needed to have more hands on but the chocolate was good. Staff was friendly.
The Museum was well done with wax figures and cocoa history. There were lots of photo ops in it too. I was the only one in the class, so it went pretty fast.
Nice little experience. The actual workshop is about 20/30 minutes but gives you some interesting information about the chocolate making process. The chocolate we made was really good as well! You can look around the museum while you wait for your chocolate and try 5 different chocolates ranging from white to 97% dark!
Pauline was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We had a great visit and loved the chocolate tasting and the chocolate we made.
