Irina is super nice, knows a lot about art history, answers questions and plans well the visits. When buying your tickets, be aware that the entrance for the museums are not included, so the whole experience becomes very expensive.

Before making a reservation, we always recommend carefully reviewing the sections “What’s Included” and “What’s Not Included”. On the Viator's tour page, it is clearly stated that museum entrance tickets are not included in the tour price and must be purchased separately by the guest. We understand that additional costs can be disappointing if they were not expected, but in this case, the information was fully detailed before booking. For future reservations, both with us and with any other operator, reading these sections in advance will help avoid this kind of inconvenience and ensure the experience matches your expectations. We had a fantastic time visiting the Prado and Reina Sofía museums with Irina. Our guide was so knowledgeable and accommodating, and her interaction was perfect. The museums were so big that there was no way we would have been able to navigate them and see the highlights in a timely way, this tour made sure we did just that, an excellent experience with such an excellent guide.
