På denne tur i Roma-kvarteret kan du opdage smagene, ritualerne og hemmelighederne bag Mexicos præ-spansktalende drikkevarer. Vi starter med en traditionel pulquería, hvor du lærer om pulque, "gudernes drik", en drik med en dyb kulturel og forfædres identitet. Her kan du også lære nogle dansetrin ... eller øve dig, hvis du allerede ved, hvordan man bevæger sig. Bagefter vil vi gå gennem Roms charmerende gader. Undervejs stopper vi for at nyde en snack baseret på majs, en hellig ingrediens i det mesoamerikanske verdensbillede. Vores gåtur fortsætter til et helt særligt sted, hvor du vil smage en drink inspireret af farverne på det mexicanske flag. Vi deler spil, legender og sjove aktiviteter, der vil forbinde dig med det gamle Mexico. For dem, der ønsker at fortsætte eventyret, tilbyder vi et valgfrit sidste stop: en skjult bar, hvor du vil opdage, at selv chilipeber har sin plads i mexicanske cocktails.

På dette sted vil vi lære en meget speciel pulquería at kende, hvor du, hvis du vil, kan vise dine bedste dansemoves akkompagneret af livebandet; Selvom dans ikke er din ting, kan du lytte til bandet og se alle danserne indtage dansegulvet. Jeg forsikrer dig om, at du gerne vil lære!
Vi går gennem gaderne i Colonia Roma Norte, hvor vi får mulighed for at stoppe op og prøve de berømte esquites, en lækker snack, du ikke må gå glip af, hvis du er i Mexico.
Bagefter vil vi flytte til en anden pulquería, men denne gang vil vi fokusere på en anden drink, mezcal.
Til sidst viser vi dig en mezcaleria, der transporterer dig til det før-spanske Mexico, og det er her, vores tur slutter.

The tour was an unexpected mix of stories and flavors that surprised me. It’s not the typical tourist experience: you should be open to trying new things and doing different things. And I definitely recommend it for when you are in Mexico City!

I had a great experience with this tour. The places we were taken took had a great vibe, the drinks were very nice and I did feel it as a mexican essence experience. The guide is really wanting to show her country.

I had such a great time on this tour! It was a unique and fun way to explore the city — we visited hidden spots I wouldn’t have found on my own and got to taste some amazing local food and drinks. The guide was super knowledgeable and friendly, sharing cool facts and stories about the neighborhoods we walked through. The atmosphere felt very local and relaxed. Totally recommend this tour if you want to see a different and authentic side of Mexico City.

I've lived in Mexico City on and off the last 13 years and Leti took me to unique places I've never been before that are literally right in my neighborhood. The pulque place was a super locals only place with live salsa music, dancing, and a punk rock vibe. We played a great card game at the tequila stop and the mezcal place at the end was absolutely divine.

I really enjoyed the tour! It was a very complete experience; I had the opportunity to try pulque, mezcal and tequila. I also tried skis and chapulines 🦗. The atmosphere was very authentic, especially with the live band playing and people dancing. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience!
