Ian is very good guide, city is noisy so hard to hear
Ian was very good guide with lot of info about Portugal and Porto history. We covered city center highlights. The city is very noisy with lot of construction so with large group, it was hard to hear Ian. There was no headset. He could spend less time on history and cut out the coffee break to make it 2 hours instead of 2 hours 30 minutes. I would recommend they get headsets and charge money. Better to do a small group tour, too many people

Very informative and entertaining
Our tour guide, Natalie, was very knowledgeable and very entertaining in the way she presented her stories of the places she took us to. She gave amusing explanations of the facts. We came away feeling much more knowledgeable about Porto, and had picked up some useful tips on how to enjoy the rest of our time in Porto. It was an excellent walking tour.
