Vores helt nye speedbåd har den perfekte størrelse og dimensioner til at komme ind i nogle af de mest fantastiske huler mellem Portimão og Benagil. Startende fra Portimão, mødestedet er placeret ved siden af ruinerne af San Francisco-klosteret, vi starter med en lille sikkerhedsbriefing fra vores besætningsmedlemmer, uddeling af redningsvestene. Vi tager til Benagil, en lille fiskerby på den sydlige kyst af Algarve, som har opnået berømmelse i de senere år takket være sin utrolige havgrotte, men der er meget mere end blot en hule at udforske i denne maleriske Algarve-destination. Den mest kendte af klippeformationerne er Benagil-hulen (Gruta de Benagil), hvor Algar de Benagil også ligger. Denne gigantiske hule omtales nogle gange som Benagil-katedralen på grund af de forskellige buer, den danner, som set fra hulens yderside giver den et udseende som en katedral.

Recommended excursion. The boat is comfortable and safe, and the guide Teodoro is very nice. Hugo took us on the boat excellently.

A nice tour, but spending too much time in the sun without shade with children is horrible, too many people for the boat, quite cramped, and little time to take photos. But seeing other prices, I give it a passing grade.

The tour company was very easy to find , located next to the tendering point from the cruise ship. No shade whilst waiting so ensure you have plenty of water and sun screen. For £22.00 for the 2 of us , this trip is real value for money , fun moving at speed in the boat along the coast , slowing down for visits into a number of caves. The coastline is stunning and the final call at Benagil is simply beautiful. A must do if you are in Portimão.

Fun time out on the open water with a fun guide. Very funny and knowledgeable about the sites and his country. Would do it again.

Overall, I liked the service provided by Atlantis Tours, visit and guide was quite good. However, I give a negative note to the meeting point or pickup, with the heat that was there were no shadows for the customers to wait for boarding and the ground team showed little motivation in customer service, I noticed a certain fatigue and demotivation in the team. I suggest that in the future they can put some racks in order to provide shadow for those waiting for boarding.

The staff of the company was honest, pleasant, and helpful. Due to adverse sea conditions and strong winds, the navigation was canceled. No one went out. They helped me request a refund, but I am still waiting for it.
This was entertaining and incredibly beautiful. We got some great photos and were able to relax and enjoy! Highly recommend!

Awesome crew, they were funny and dedicated. As we are French, they put us on a French boat. Guide name was Jose, very nice. If you ever have him, ask him for the restaurant reference, worth it. About 20min walk distance from the boat activity.
