I purchased the plus or deluxe package for a group of 9. When we got there we were offered an “upgrade” which advertised lounges and umbrellas at the beach, “premium” drinks and a premium lunch buffet. The lunch was the exact same one as everyone else, and the “lounges and umbrellas” were at the “beach club” were you just eat and leave, not at the beach where you spend a few hours. When I complained, they tried to convince me that I misunderstood (Spanish is my first language). When I pressed because the beach club was already part of the pkus package, therefore it was not an upgrade as advertised, the manager told me that he would contact me to come to an “agreement”. I sent them several messages, and he just stalled. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge. They are just scamming tourists!
Wowww what an amazing day if you want to enjoy ask for “Kraken”boat with Denis the tour guide best service great welcoming,what an amazing host best music and atmosphere he really made our day his recommendation to take a cab to tour the Island turned out to be the best . Spectacular beach we are really speechless thank you Denis Viva Mexico and Viva Israel ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rena was amazing. The tour was very smooth and I had an unforgettable experience. I was on the palilu and it was a smooth ride, the food and vibes were immaculate. I will definitely do it again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Cancun Sailing on my recent trip. When I arrived at the dock, I received my ticket and waited with other guests. A woman named Elaine, who turned out to be our guide, was giving instructions to tourists. I approached her twice with my ticket, asking for instructions in English. The first time she told me to sit down and wait. The second time, she responded rudely and told me that my guide would call me. Meanwhile, she was speaking Spanish with the group, and it felt like because I spoke English, I was ignored. Elaine does speak English well, but she simply chose not to give me proper attention. This may have been a factor in the poor treatment I received. I trusted her words and waited patiently. Two groups were organized and left: one went snorkeling near the shore, and another departed on the catamaran named Max. I was left sitting there alone. Only after about 10-15 minutes the staff notice me, and when I explained my situation again, it turned out that Elaine was actually my guide and that my boat, the catamaran Max, had already departed without me. They had to call the catamaran to come back and pick me up, which meant another 10–15 minutes of waiting. Eventually, I was able to join the trip, but the beginning of the day was completely ruined. Although Elaine later apologized, the way she treated me in the morning was absolutely unacceptable — dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. The whole situation was stressful and unnecessary, and it left me with a very negative impression of Cancun Sailing. The organization and communication were extremely poor in my case.
Dear Olga, First of all, we thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It is important for us to identify every area where we may need to strengthen our procedures. We are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the tour in the way we would have liked, as all of our staff always strive to provide the best possible catamaran experiences. It is important to highlight that, like you, 5 out of the 8 reservations on board the catamaran were English speakers. Therefore, in addition to being standard procedure, it is unlikely that instructions and guidance were not provided in English. That said, we will make sure to implement measures to ensure that each of our valued guests clearly understands the information provided by our staff. Once again, thank you for your comments, which have highlighted this need. We sincerely hope you will visit us again and allow us the opportunity to treat you as you deserve.
