Vi er beliggende i den gamle bydel i Bilbao, nær Mercado de la Ribera (det vigtigste madmarked i byen), katedralen i Santiago og kirken San Antón. Den gamle bydel i Bilbao er et sted fuld af historie og traditioner i Baskerlandet. Vi skal lære at lave 4 spyd, så du kan forberede dem og lade gæsterne stå med åben mund. Alt dette i et roligt og behageligt miljø perfekt til at nyde og få nye venner eller møde mennesker.

We got to know the culinary side of Bilbao in a unique way during this pinxtos making workshop! We learned a lot and also had a great meal. Highly recommended!
A fantastic and unique cooking experience. We made delicious pintxos with an original twist. Very hands on and we got some excellent cooking tips. I’d thoroughly recommend this to anyone. Our host really looked after us and shared plenty of knowledge.
Really enjoyed our time making our pintxos with a modern twist. We got to use a number of fancy kitchen tools and techniques different from normal cooking and we were shown innovative ways of cooking, in what ended up being a private class for 2 of us. Gustavo was generous with his time and explanations, the wine was good and he kindly offered an additional coffee when we talked about his machines. Highly recommend!
I recently attended a pintxos class with my husband, and it was an intimate experience that exceeded our expectations. The small class size made it feel personal and welcoming, allowing us to engage closely with the instructor. We learned a lot about the art of making pintxos and a bit of Basque history. We had a great time together. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to dive into the culinary culture!
So fun! Fabulous to learn how to take normal pintxos and make them elevated and even more fun! Also got to learn a lot about flavors and why behind what you’re eating.

If you love learning about local food culture and creating unique pintxos, this is your experience. The private venue and small group kitchen allows everyone to engage in the techniques of preparation. Chef Gustavo is an excellent teacher. He was very patient as he taught us how to handle the ingredients and tools. The result? Beautiful, unique, and delicious pintxos!
We had a great time preparing pintxos. Luckily we were the only two that day and so we got a private lesson! Each pintxo was shown to us how to make, and then we got to make our own step by step. I appreciated that the cooking class includes items that an easily available at home so we can continue to make these ourselves. They were all extremely delicious and I would be proud to make and serve them to anyone I know. We also got to have some wine with our food as well. Overall I’m very happy I found this cooking class and would recommend to anyone looking for a more personal experience.
We enjoyed this workshop Pintxos making. Learned new cooking techniques. The Pintxos were super - very tasty flavors - inspiration for Christmas) dinner.
