Great tour with lots of information on how Pike Place evolved. Bob Williams was friendly and knowledgeable.
Our guide, Chip, was fun, entertaining and full of interesting facts about the market, the Seattle area, and the food. The tour covered an interesting and wide variety of foods. It was great to getting to sample things without waiting in lines. The sample size was a perfect amount, generous enough but not so much we could not finish things.
Had a wonderful experience on this morning tasting tour of Pike’s Market. Woody was an excellent guide and provided an excellent tour! Highly recommend this tour!
Such a fun day exploring Pike Market’s culinary scene, history and culture! Chip was a fantastic guide - so knowledgeable, communicated beautifully before, during and after the tour. The variety of foods was fun and the walking was very manageable. Loved this and would highly recommend!
Her personalized our tour, taking us to fabulous tastings. He took us to the original Starbucks and gave us the history of it and other places. He couldn't have done a better job.

Chip was terrific and informative. I was late, but he was kind and helped me find the group so I could at least catch most of the tour. The samples were yummy. I recommend the tour.
This wasn't what I expected at all. About forty minutes into the tour, all we had gotten was a very small sample of a biscuit. Nothing on this tour blew me away either. It was all very average. I also left the tour pretty hungry. We ended up grabbing some lunch right afterwards, which I wasn't expecting after spending $69 a person. The tour guide was extremely long-winded, which got pretty annoying after the first 20 minutes or so, especially with how hungry we were. Perhaps the most disappointing was that several of the items pictured in the tour photos were not a part of the tour. Part of the reason I booked this one over the Chef Guided tour is because this had a fried fish sample as well as something that looked to be a small caviar sample in the photos. Neither of which were provided on the tour. If you're looking to do a Seattle food tour specifically at Pike Place Market, make sure you pay the extra $6 and do the chef-guided tour rather than this one. This one is more history-focused, but to be honest, there's not enough interesting history to fill the entire two hours of the tour. It seemed like our tour guide was just rambling at points.
