Phuket: James Bond Island og Phang Nga Bay af Premium Yacht

This tour was fantastic!!! The Captain & Crew was very friendly and attentive. The itinerary was perfect. We were very pleased with the entire trip. I would recommend you bring your own flip flops when you’re walking James Bond island.

Boat was clean and spacious. The boat was well stocked with cold drink (could use a little more variety in terms of alcoholic drinks for the ladies). The food was also very tasty. The boat ride is very relaxing and the return leg with the sunset was sublime. It is quite a long trip but we enjoyed every moment on the yacht. Thank you to the great crew.

The day started off a bit in auspicious. We were told it was a five minute walk from the ship, it was more like a 12 to 15 minute walk on a very, very happy in the day. Then when we got picked up by the driver, he was in a van. I ended up in the front seat and the whole floor was littered with about 8 to 10 inches of miscellaneous trash and items. Partway through the trip. I moved my foot and felt something sliced under my foot between my foot and my sandal. I looked down to see a square piece of metal. Has it with very sharp edges. Luckily I only have a scrape on the bottom of my foot but I could’ve had my foot slid wide open, which would’ve ruined my whole expensive trip. Then the driver was on his phone talking, and then watching either movies or YouTube videos. When he saw me looking at him doing so he finally got off the phone. He was actually doing this while passing other vehicles. Didn’t make me feel too safe to say at least. Then, for some reason, he dropped us at a random store that had no air-conditioning and had some cushions and told us we needed to wait there for 40 minutes. None of us were quite sure why we were waiting 40 minutes of our tour to do nothing. It seemed very random and odd. Once we were on the boat, it was very nice. The staff on the boat was lovely. The boat seemed to go extremely slow, however, and usually when you’re on that type of boat, you get a little speed so you can have a little bit of the thrill in a little bit of cool this. But we seem to go at the slowest speed possible. We really love the part where you get off the boat and climb into the kayak/canoe and they take you through some tunnels in the cliffs. It was very beautiful. We were lucky we got done with that exactly when we did because we had a huge downpour. The food that they gave us was very delicious and the views were gorgeous. They just need to find tune. The people that are driving their clients around because the one that drove us had no business doing so. I actually texted the people to complain about our ride there and they assured me that he had spoken to him about the rules for driving it. However, when he picked us up, I think the same mess was still in the front seat area.

Tour booked under the understanding it was 5 hours in duration. It was 8.5 hours. Travelling with my elderly mother - we missed a prepaid meal as a result and would never have booked the trip had we known. People who had booked with get your guide were clear of the full tour information. Raised concerns and told by the company no refund so we were forced to join the trip. Several days later trip changed in booking app saying 7 hours in duration. Unscrupulous company ! Staff on board helpful with my elderly mother but they tried to introduce an insurance disclaimer AFTER booking! Email sent to Viator no response I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the tour I booked through Viator in Thailand. The tour was advertised at the time of booking as 5 hours, but in reality it lasted 8.5 hours, which is a significant and material difference. Because of the extended duration, we missed a prepaid meal at our hotel, resulting in financial loss and disruption to our plans. I have screenshots of the original listing clearly showing the 5‑hour duration. I have also noticed that the listing in my app has since been changed to 7 hours, which confirms that the original information was inaccurate at the time of booking. Under UK consumer protection law, services must be as described at the point of purchase. The tour I received was not as described, and the subsequent alteration of the listing further supports this. I am therefore requesting a partial refund to reflect: • The tour being significantly longer than advertised • The financial loss incurred from missing our prepaid hotel meal • The misrepresentation of the service at the time of booking I would appreciate this being reviewed again, taking into account the evidence I have provided and the fact that the service delivered did not match the description I relied upon when making the booking. I look forward to your prompt resolution.

Quite a long day but worth it for the experience we had - Coco and his team looked after us all very well and we had a brilliant day - the Yacht was fabulous we felt like film stars - lovely food provided

Great fun. Very few tourists. Food was only average. The meeting spot is far from Patong. There are onboard bathrooms but the toilets are not great. The operators were really cool. Overall, very good. We would do it again. It was very photogenic.

Enjoyable, comfortable boat ride to see truly stunning geological formations. The stop at "James Bond Island" was interrupted by a significant thunderstorm, but we had fun sheltering in the caves. Kayaking experience was also unique and worthwhile, though it was cut a bit short due to the delay caused by the rain. Getting on and off the boat for JBI and the kayaking requires some dexterity, so you need to be in reasonable shape and not intimidated by a bit of tightrope walking! Also note that Phuket is a large island, so transfer times to the dock can be long. We were more than 1 hour each way from the Hyatt Regency.

super good guide coco we have on board. super nice and nice trip, the staff were super nice and the kayak part was also a really good experience. if you had to put your finger on something you should probably be prepared that it is not a swimming trip but more of an adventure trip we did not get out in some places to swim in the sea (maybe due to safety reasons?) I don't know but we think it might have been a bit hot a whole day on a boat without a dip
