Driver dropped us at the wrong part of the resort and when asked if this was correct he insisted they are all the same (it’s a big resort and the error cause confusion for the family). I was disappointed the driver did not want to accept he was at the wrong location.

To clarify, the Katathani Resort is an expansive property with multiple wings and separate entrances (for example, the superior rooms have their own dedicated section). Our standard procedure is to drop all guests at the main resort entrance unless a specific wing is requested beforehand. Because the resort regularly uses its own internal buggy service from the main lobby to transport guests and luggage to the correct buildings, our drivers generally view the resort as one unified destination. However, we completely understand that a clearer explanation from our driver would have prevented this stress for your family. We will address this with our team to ensure our drivers communicate more clearly and helpfully in the future. Our driver was very helpful and drove calmly and professionally. The van was huge enough to accommodate our family and all our suitcases.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company for round trip transfer service from Phuket Airport. When we arrived a representative was waiting with a sign with our nam just as described. Our hotel was an hour away from the airport and the driver was waiting at 4:20 a.m. exactly as we requested on the day that we left.

Excellent service includes fast track and baggage claiming. Nothing to worry about any delays. Then moved to comfortable van for drop off.

The car service was good. We were greeted when we got off the plane and only had to wait about 5 minutes for the car. It was very efficient and very nice.

Booked this last minute while I was in Singapore. Landed in Phuket and walked outs and found my name on the board. Driver was courteous and polite. Great ride from the airport to my hotel. It was 6 of us with 10 bags and it all fit. Van was clean a great bucket seats you can recline take a nap or just enjoy the view.
