The perfect professionals! Our flight ended up being delayed by over an hour, but they tracked our flight so we didn't need to stress about trying to communicate the delay - Thanh met us at the airport with a big smile on his face, the car was clean and tidy and he helped us in and out with our bags. Will definitely book again :)
Ms Mai was very helpful. She texted me the morning before my arrival just to confirm that the pick up has been arranged and coordinated our travel arrangement. The driver, Mr Nam, was on time and was very helpful with our luggages.
Super easy and quick pick up at Phu Quoc Airport which can be quite chaotic when more than one flight arrives at once. Got to the car and to the hotel in just a few minutes, friendly driver. Good value.
Highly recommend! Great service. Was outside the airport with my name, right on time. Clean and spacious car and reasonably priced for a private car. Thanks!
Comfortable and convenient. I was contacted in time and the car was clean and driver was on time. I will recommend this service. Please do have a local Sim/ whatapp to help connect with the drivers
Turned up on time nice comfortable van, lovely people, no complaints. They helped us with the luggage at both ends all with a smile,
Mai was great, responding quickly, spots where to go and kind person! Was prompt with changing and accommodating time. Would definitely recommend her service when visiting Phu Quoc!! Thank you, Mai Until we meet again, take care!!!
The driver was on time and provided clear instructions on where to meet. The support team was helpful and polite. The car was clean and pleasant, and we were pleased with their service on both journeys (from the airport and to the airport)
Our driver was waiting for us as expected. Very nice vehicle, air conditioning was very welcome. A very smooth transfer after two long flights. Highly recommended
Very well behaved and professional. On time and made us feel special. Car was super clean and so was the guy driving. Highly recommend
