Arrived on opening day. A few teething issues, a big storm and parking chaos. Maybe this is normal. Staff managed it calmly and well
Spot on service ... kept communications open responded well collection was early which helped with heavy traffic although not needed. Good advice on transfer time, would have liked offer of water as expected was only grumble

Booked and paid the airport pickup early May for Phnom Penh, despite numerous messages sent for confirmation of pick up location, operator contact provided was non responsive. Finally got to contact by Whatsapp, was informed by tel number provided that the company does not operate anymore. This is ridiculous.
This company didn’t show up again. I was left stranded in Phnom Pheh and my other reservation left me stranded in Siem Reap. Do not use this company. Get a tuk tuk for 8 bucks!
I failed to get a confirmation of my reservation and by the time I realized it, I had to arrange for other transportation. I own it but the vendor was paid and should have contacted me to confirm pickup
On time, sent confirmation messages through whatsapp. Car is clean and smells nice. Only comment is, the picture shows a lexus car but we were picked up in a Toyota highlander.
We are happy to hear that you feel comfortable with our transfer! For the vehicle, we different type of it such as lexus, highlander, van, H1 and starex. So, our driver normally take tourists as rotation. I just hope you enjoy your trip and good luck for you all time! Thank you with regards,
