Gå forbi det lyse uafhængighedsmonument, før du krydser til Koh Pich (Diamond Island), et moderne kvarter, der viser byens hurtige udvikling, og fortsæt til det nye flodområde Koh Norea. Rejsen følger derefter den livlige Sisowath Quay langs Tonlé Sap River, hvor lokalbefolkningen samles i den kolde aftenluft.
