Amazing crew!! Team pineapple 🍍 all the way! Good information and on time. You didn't have to do al the activities, you could also relax.
This was our 5th time doing this same excursion but the first time with the Sea Angel cruise company. Compared to other Phi Phi Islands day trips we liked the following: boat wasn’t as crowded as some vendors; drinks and snacks are frequently provided; buffet lunch was expansive and very tasty. What we didn’t like is that this was the first time we have been where we weren’t allowed to go into the lagoon (not Maya bay but the lagoon behind it) unless we paid and extra 1600 baht for a long boat supplemental excursion. We were just here in March and the tour company we used then went into the lagoon and we saw other speed boats doing so on this trip. This was very disappointing. We also didn’t like how long of a wait it was on shore from when we arrived to the pier to board the boat to when we actually got on board. Easily two hours. The whole time the company was trying to sell us water shoes and other supplements packages.
Satisfactory service. Everything are organized. Staffs and crews are attentive, polity, and helpful. Tourguide Amie is great and funny. Boat number 888. Highly recommended. Value for money.
Absolutely AWFUL., stuck in the hull of an overpacked speed boat. Cant see a thing. Nothing is like the photos, buffet was awful, we ended at Hungry Jacks and caught the ferry back instead of continuing with the tour. The Lagoon itself must have had over 100 boats in it. Some very pushy Tourists!! arrgh....Our guide was lovely and the 30 min of snorkling was good. Shocking entry points to points and exiting on the ferry was even worse. We were a family of 4 and a waste of over $400... GIVE IT A MISS.
Wonderful and hassle free experience . One of the best tour guide in Dee Dee full of energy and supportive . Special mention to him for his amazing photography skills . It was so fun to have him as our tour guide.
We had a great time with a fun guide, Amy. The trip was smooth & safe. All safety measures were taken and all staff was helpful.
Excellent day trip. Great boat crew, skipper and Spicy was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. Visited more than we were expecting. Plenty of food and drink was supplied. Passengers were all great. Phi Phi Don and Khai island were bonuses for us. Loved the whole day and would highly recommend and use again.
