Kør fra Sharm til Taba for at sejle over Aqaba-bugten på en færge til Jordan, hvor vi tager dig til den utrolige klippestad by Petra. Dette er virkelig et websted at se. Petra er et UNESCO World Heritage Site og en af de mest imponerende arkæologiske steder, du nogensinde vil se.

Du overføres fra dit hotel i Sharm El Shiek til Taba af et moderne airconditioneret køretøj; Vejen tager ca. 3 timer og en halv. Du bliver mødt og hjulpet ved Taba til at tage båden til Aqaba, og derefter flytter du direkte til Petra for et heldagsbesøg. Turen inkluderer den røde rosebykstad, Nabateaanes by, den mistede by, der alle er udskåret i bjergene, ridning på en hest til Siq (canyon), som er en naturlig knæk i klipperne, der går gennem 1,2 km canyon og nyde de smukke udskæringer af statuer, idoler og nicher .. På din vej vil du være i stand til at se statskassen, der har stået der i over 2000 år, derefter fortsætter du langs facader gaden til det romerske teater , kongelige grave, den romerske kolonnade gade og Qasr al-bent. Excellently organised and a beautiful experience. The optional golf-cart ride back was a very important service.
Communication from the tour company was non existent. We had to reach out to find out information on pickup time (which if we had not called we would have missed the pickup by three hours). No info on pcr testing, nothing. Adding insult to injury we got put on a bus with a Russian speaking guide that spoke very little English. The air conditioning on the bus ride home also didn’t work. Almost four hours in an uncomfortable oven. We were also charged $100 per person more than everyone else on the tour. Absolutely visit Petra. Wonderful place, wonderful people. Do it with another tour company.
What an amazing day. This was a place I always wanted to see. It did not disappoint. Kind, efficiant and great comms. A must do trip for any visitor to Sharm.

I went and it's one of my best travel experiences. start in the early morning, get to the end of the road and find yourself in front of the first monuments illuminated by the first rays of the sun is breathtaking. at least once in a lifetime it is to try. there is a lot to walk because there is a lot to see.

We visited Petra from Sharm El Sheikh The city was very beautiful The view of the valley was really great I enjoyed the trip very much The guide is very experienced I would recommend this trip
A magnificent and truly amazing and mesmerising place to experience. One of the new 7 wonders of the world.,Must visited in Jordan, One of the most beautiful ancient sites I've ever been to. The locals are kind and very accommodating. The museum and trails are very nice and well maintained. We travel from Sharm el sheikh, good bus air conditioned, the guides were very good, comfy ferry boat, the food wasn't great but maybe it's just me. Petra itself was absolutely gorgeous every bit as we expected. All in all a very well organised trip, no complaints whatsoever ,well worth the money paid. I recommend it to everybody.
