Vi vil være i en typisk kælder i Cinque Terre, møbleret med sten og træ, et dyk ned i Vernazza fra det nittende århundrede! 12:30 PESTO KLASSE Vi starter med en vinsmagning ledsaget af focaccia, oste og ekstra jomfruolivenolier, vi tilbereder pesto i en morter og smager den anden vin, vi spiser gnocchi med pesto i en morter med en tredje vin og vi slutter af med limoncino og chokolade! 15.00 ELLER 17.30 SNACK PESTO KLASSE Vi starter med en vinsmagning, tilbereder pesto i en morter og smager den anden vin, spiser pesto ledsaget af focaccia, oste og ekstra jomfruolivenolie med en tredje vin og afslutter med brødmopping i en morter!

The hosts were very welcoming. We learned alot about the history of pesto sauce, as well as the fine details to make it. Simple to do, and fun to meet other travelers.
Nice, social and very good pesto and tasty wines. Just in time to hike back to Monterosso after the activity.
We enjoyed the pesto making and the food and wine pairings. Highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a couple of hours relaxing away from the Vernazza crowds during the summer time

We wanted to do an experience in Cinque Terre & found this in Vernazza. If you love Italian food, both cooking & eating, then I recommend this. Its an excellent lesson, fun & informative. The wines are great also, along with the cheese & focaccia at the end to taste the pesto you just made.

Simple but very informative. Irena is a lovely host and described everything very clearly. We learnt new tips for our pesto making in a friendly atmosphere.
Vernazza is such a quaint town. Cute shops. Going to the tasting/pesto making class at the end of the road is the perfect end to the visit. The wines paired well with the pesto. Learning how to make the pesto makes you truly appreciate what goes into having excellent pesto. The instructions were easy to understand and it was a fun afternoon with new friends and family.
