Miles was the man! Quick friendly and helpful.
Service was on time. Shuttle was clean, driver respectful! Myles, our driver was so nice and provided great service
Miles is fantastic! He navigated bumper-to-bumper, slow moving traffic, passenger frustrations, and obnoxious drivers who were in a hurry. He maintained a sense of humor, professionalism, and courtesy. I felt like precious cargo.
Punctual, flexible, friendly comfortable and incredibly convenient.
Unacceptable level of lack of communication on the morning of our shuttle. We waited outside in the cold for over an hour and kept having to call dispatch for updates. When the driver finally arrived we saw we were only the second passenger and the first pick up was also picked up an hour late. This was a 6am shuttle. The only possible reason is that the driver decided to start his drive an hour late and didn’t communicate this to the passengers at all. There was no apology or acknowledgment of delay. On top of all of that the heat in the van must have been broken or off because we were shivering in full winter gear for the entire 2 hour drive.
Hi there, We’re really sorry you had this experience. Waiting outside in the cold for that long, followed by an uncomfortable ride, is not acceptable and not the level of service we aim to provide. A delay of that length, especially on an early morning pickup, should have been clearly communicated, and you should never have had to repeatedly call for updates. We also apologize for the lack of acknowledgment from the driver. That’s something we take seriously. Regarding the vehicle conditions, the heat should absolutely have been functioning properly, particularly given the temperatures in Colorado. Riding for two hours without adequate heat is not okay, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us improve both our communication and vehicle standards moving forward.
Absolutely terrible experience. In short, our confirmed and well documented reservation was ignored by Peak 1. We were left stranded and forced to pay a much higher fee for alternate last minute transportation. Peak 1 contacts were completely unconcerned and useless. Never again.

Peak One shuttle express was less than honorable to work with. I booked an airport shuttle yesterday for a trip the day after. I had to cancel my shuttle about 30 plus hours in advance of my reservation and called to see how the refund would be handled. I spoke with a very confrontational and argumentative phone sales agent. He informed me that since I cancelled more than 24 hours before my shuttle I would get a refund minus 10% cancellation fee. I explained that I wasn't told about a cancellation fee when I made my reservation however this agent proceeded to basically call me a liar and said I was told and that everyone that books is told about the policy. As I tried to explain, he just kept interrupting me, talking over me and was not friendly or helpful at all. I am a very mellow 75 year old but I got so agitated with the phone conversation that I just hung up. Good customer service was absent and makes me want to never use this shuttle service again. There are plenty of other shuttle services in the Breck area that I'm sure will offer a better and more enjoyable customer experience.
Jesse was incredibly safe and fun driver. He provided us with interesting and fun facts about the villages and towns we drive through. 10/10

We had a great experience with Peak1. Jessie gave a great tour and was very attentive and personable with all of the riders. We’d highly recommend Peak1 and Jessie for travel from the mountains to DIA (and vice versa)
