Driver was late, little to no communication, the vehicle smells like cigarettes. I pay for a Van but just a normal Camry Taxi arrived. I could have booked a Grab SUV or Minivan for much cheaper. Absolutely the last time I ever use this service.

As per our usual procedure, the vehicle type booked corresponds with the number of passengers. After your booking was placed, we also sent a WhatsApp message to confirm the number of travelers, and there was no mention of needing an SUV. Please note, the Camry taxi is an upgraded version among our sedan options, providing a comfortable and spacious ride. They both drivers were there by 415 pm for 5pm departure got to airport on time with the help of no traffic. However are driver was very aggressive on that road but we made it there by 630pm

We booked this transfer from Hilton Pattaya to BKK airport for 5 adults. The van arrived even earlier than the scheduled time, the driver was courteous, made a restroom stop on the way and dropped us at the right gate/terminal. I highly recommend their service.
