Du vil leve en unik og autentisk oplevelse i vores villa beliggende på de florentinske bakker og omgivet af landskabet med en smuk udsigt over Firenze. Jeg vil med glæde lære dig hemmelighederne bag de opskrifter, som mine bedsteforældre kærligt har givet videre til mig. Vi vil tilberede to typer HJEMMELAGET PASTA sammen: Tagliatelle og Ravioli Derefter tilbereder vi FRIKABALLERNE med tomatsauce og til sidst vil jeg vise dig, hvordan du tilbereder en god hjemmelavet IS “affogato al caffè” moka eller med frisk frugt. Du vil spise maden tilberedt på terrassen i villaen omgivet af natur, og vi vil sammen drikke fremragende toscanske vine (mousserende, hvide og økologiske røde). Den smukke UDSIGT over byen Firenze vil gøre denne oplevelse unik og uigenkaldelig. Det vil være rart at fortælle jer lidt om min families og mine bedsteforældres historie ved at vise jer mindebogen. Vi bruger lokale produkter af høj kvalitet, hvoraf mange er økologiske. Vi byder velkommen til små grupper for at gøre oplevelsen mere intim og fortrolig.

Afhentningssteder og tider
Vi henter dig i vores bil på Viale Europa 126 i Firenze og kører dig til vores villa i de florentinske bakker på cirka 10 minutter. Du kan nå afhentningsstedet med taxa eller offentlig transport. Busserne, der kører fra det historiske centrum til afhentningsstedet, er: 31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (Du kan bruge Google Maps til at finde den offentlige transport, der er tættest på din startdestination.)

Absolutely Wonderful!! A+ Guya and Valentina are so lovely. Learning to cook pasta from Guya’s family recipes and in her home was so special and magical. The views were amazing and the food was delicious. A Tuscan must do!!

A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.
Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.
This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

ABSOLUTELY MUST DO when visiting Florence! Guya, Matteo, and Julia were the perfect hosts. We cannot thank you enough for welcoming us into your home. It truly is difficult to put into words how incredible this experience was. From the welcomed pickup to the family stories and helping all of us create a delicious meal - we will talk about this for a long time. My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. We look forward to not only sharing our experience, but our lessons learned, from today with our loved ones at home back. Thank you for your hospitality. Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence. We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!
