I knew from the moment I booked it would be a great experience! The massage waver with the extended questions also made me feel sure of my choice! I loved the detailed questions and opportunities to express what I liked and didn't like when it came to the service! And our massage techs Lisa & Satnarine were knowledgeable and genuine Both did a fantastic job and I would definitely book again!
This place is ridiculous. The owner is basically running a massage business in a residential apartment space. The clients have to walk through a kitchen with shower curtains running around the entire room covering the appliances and cabinets. The backyard is where the massages happen, and it's next door to a chicken place. So, when youre getting a massage, you smell fried chicken grease as well as weed being smoked by the workers out back. The owner, Mark, is a total con artist. He charges different prices for different people because one of my neighbors went, had a horrible experience, same service, and we paid different prices. Avoid this place at all costs!

I was really excited for a nice 2 hour couples massage at the end of my vacation. Since I was staying in West Palm Beach, but flying out of FLL, I decided to plan my last day around the massages. We arrived about 10 minutes early and received a text to say that we should text them when we arrive. We did and once we entered the building we were promptly greeted and told to have a seat. The lobby area is very small and aside from the water available, isn't very welcoming. There was a couple sitting on the only couch there and we took the other 2 seats that were available at the mini bar. We were called back at our appointment time and escorted into a large room with candle light. Next we met with our masseuse's to go over our preferences. I informed mine that due to an ankle injury I'd prefer that she not massage it and she argued briefly until I told her I'd allow her to gently massage it and would let her know if I had any pain with it. This was the only thing we discussed besides the pressure I'd prefer and the tightness between my shoulder blades. Once we were both on a table, they returned and began with having us breath in eucalyptus. The massage was somewhat mediocre, but I tried to just relax, which wasn't easy because the cushion on the face pillow kept moving and the hard material poked into my cheek. I had to continually adjust the pillow to keep it from jabbing me in my face. The masseuse never did end up touching my ankle, which was fine, but it seemed that the massage was very uncoordinated. She would massage 1 hand, but only rub the other. She spent 30 seconds on 1 calf, but a minute and a half on the other. I understand that certain areas may need more attention, but I've had 100's of massages and this 1 wasn't focused on stiff or knotted muscles, it was just very all over the place. When I turned over she then decided to start at my hip and kneed my stomach with her knuckles. I promptly asked her to stop. I understand that some people like stomach massages and some masseuse's do this massage, but NEVER without asking the client 1st! Due to personal reasons, I have never wanted nor asked for a stomach massage!! This is not a typical practice and certainly not 1 that should be decided by a masseuse. Once I informed her that I didn't like it and asked her to stop, she came back to my head and cupped my face with both of her hands and then just stayed like that for almost a minute. Next she put her palm on my forehead and again, just stayed like that until I asked how much longer I had for the massage. Turns out there was plenty of time to actually massage me so I turned back over and had her work on the muscles I had originally told her I wanted massaged. I thought that maybe it was just my unfortunate luck, but after the massages were over, my husband said he experienced the same thing, other than a stomach massage. The massage wasn't the same on each side and that his masseuse also just kept putting her hand on his forehead or chest. We agreed that it appeared to be that they were just killing time until the massage was over and for $400 that's just unacceptable! Not only is the tip paid upfront when you book it, then we were asked for an additional tip afterwards, including that my masseuse apologized and then tried to tell me how she massages everyone's stomach. I certainly wouldn't come back here and I especially wouldn't have tipped them 20% if I had the choice. Tips are for exceptional service and this was far from it!

Had a couples massage with Daniel and Tracy. They were amazing from listening to us before they started. As my 1st ever massage they have got me hooked. They have set the bar very high for my expectations from this point on.

The owner's attitude towards me on the phone will stop me from ever coming back for a massage. I don't know how he stays in business from the way he treats customers without any dignity or respect. My massage by Daniel was one of the best I've ever had, but their their credit card machine overcharged me my more than $300 accidentally and the owner would not help. He refused to give me my money back even though it was an obvious error made by his machine. I waited for him to honor his promise to give me a refund for 2 weeks. Then I finally made a charge back through my credit card company and got my money back.
I'm sorry for the misunderstanding Cyndi 911. In our business, we deal with a lot of people in pain. Not to mention, a lot of stressed-out people, so we are especially sensitive to treating everyone with dignity and respect, knowing full well they may not be having their best day. We are here to change that around. Sadly, when you called in, you sounded just like the 100's of spam calls we get every day and not a legitimate customer. You did not identify yourself and demanded to speak to the owner. That's literally how almost every spam call comes in and they get routed appropriately. When that didn't work, you got combative, attacked our staff, and then hung up in a total communications breakdown. As you hung up, you finally got to the point and mentioned that there was a double charge. Given this information, we went to work to see if we could locate a problem since we now had a way to identify you. They don't happen often. so it took about 15 seconds. Nothing took two weeks, it took a few minutes. Within less than 3 minutes, we figured everything out, fixed the error, refunded the money, and tried to contact you back numerous times by phone and text, to which we were ignored and ghosted. I'm sorry, there was a mistake when Daniel was checking you out, it was a brand new system for him. He's pretty traumatized as he's not used to getting bad reviews like this. I keep telling him it's OK, they are rare. We are always working on improving our systems and communications. I'm sorry that there was such a meltdown on this particular call. We hope that you will look back at your experience, give us another chance to make things right.
Please be warned this merchant is a scam. I don’t understand who is writing all these positive reviews but they price their services to offer a luxury experience and they do not in any way deliver. Their outdoor area is a mosquito infested filthy space and the therapist that I had was in no way qualified to provide massages she basically just went through the motions and barely touched me and had a rude and aggressive attitude when I tried to provide feedback during the service. The owner is abusive and overly defensive when my concerns were expressed. Viator should stop promoting this merchant and please be warned don’t go here expecting an upscale massage experience.

My husband and I scheduled a couples massage after disembarking a cruise. The service and location were excellent! The perfect way to spend time waiting for our evening flight.

Both massage therapist were out of this world amazing! The only down side was hearing traffic due to it being behind a strip mall. That was kind of a bummer to me. But the massage was worth it all

Most of the time our clients are quite chilled out listening to the eclectic music, the wind chimes, the rustling of the bamboo, & our local birds & wildlife. Other people hear cars or people far off in the distance & focus in on that. If you are from NYC... it probably sound's like you are in a jungle... and if you are from the country... it sounds more like you are in the big city. When my wife goes back to rural Georgia... she cant sleep for the first few days :). Hope to see you again soon! We do have a great indoors room with a view of the garden as well... maybe you try that option for next time :). Mark
My husband and I booked a couples massage in the bamboo garden and can we say, it was worth every single penny and more!! Patricia did my prenatal massage and it was THE BEST massage I have had in my life. I was especially impressed with the quality of it being a prenatal massage. Geri was equally incredible and we both appreciated the overall wonderful experience!! We will definitely be back!!
