Modig, en erfaren ekspert med over ti år i det parisiske naturvin samfund, vores smagsprøver drage fordel af hans omfattende erfaring og dyb lidenskab for naturlige vine. Brave's internationale certificeringer inden for viden om vin og smagning sikrer en professionel, men tilgængelig oplevelse, fri for udtryk og fuld af ægte entusiasme. Olivia er kemiker og kan hjælpe med at besvare alle dine spørgsmål bag videnskaben om vinfremstilling! Sammen er de det perfekte par til at lede dig igennem denne oplevelse. Olivia and Brave were amazing!! It felt like being welcomed in to their home. They were knowledgable, friendly and really good company!! I would highly recommend this if you are in Paris and want something a bit different. Thanks for a fab evening!
Loved this! We will be sure to visit again the next time we are in Paris. Brave definitely tailored the experience to us & answered our many questions thoughtfully. We ended up staying way longer than expected because we were having so much fun.
Informative, fun and laid back. Brave knows his wine and is an enthusiastic supporter of natural wines. He can be as technical or non-technical as you want him to be. Small cozy space. It can get warm in there. A fan or two would be nice.
It was a really great experience — both fun and educational. Truly a great host. Also a really cozy little wine bar with a very intimate atmosphere.

The wine tasting was led by the owner Brav, who gave his knowledgeable and very engaging introduction to tasting natural wines. We tasted a wide range of wines in a playful atmosphere, a great way to explore your own taste in wines. The possibilities in the pairing with cheeses were also nicely described
We had a wonderful experience tasting wine and cheese with Olivia and Brave. They were very knowledgeable about the wine, and were just really fun to hang out with.
