Se de 5 vigtige områder af byen unikt, du vil blive guidet gennem historiske vartegn og lære mere om den franske kultur, et kludetæppe af lokale samfund og skikke, dens kunst, udsøgte mad og dens mode. Vores tur starter ved Latinerkvarteret og slutter i Marais, det gamle Marshland-område. Vi vil naturligvis også kunne få en smagsprøve på de franske traditionelle delikatesseforretninger. Det tager normalt 3,5 timer, undgå den vanvittige trafik og vær sikker. Saint-Germain-des-Pres er kendt for de litterære og kunstneriske berømtheder, der boede og arbejdede der. Et charmerende kvarter med kirken Saint-Sulpice bygget i det 17. århundrede, med fundamenter fra det 12. århundrede. Ile Saint-Louis og Ile de la Cite i hjertet af Paris har nogle af de fineste monumenter. Katedralen Notre-Dame de Paris er en af dem. Smal brosten og elegant arkitektur. Vi afslutter vores tur med at besøge Marais-distriktet med mange samfund og Place des Vosges.

Denne kirke er den næststørste kirke i Paris. Dens springvand med de fire kardinalretninger er imponerende. Det er i et åbent område og et smukt område i St. Germain des pres tæt på Luxembourg-haverne.
Dette område er et af Paris mest charmerende kvarterer med fine butikker og litterære og kunstneriske berømtheder, der bor og arbejder her. Udforsk de store museer i dette område. De mest interessante madbutikker og madmarkeder.
Den ældste stående bro, i 1577 dekreterede kong Henri, at en ny bro skulle bygges over noten, projektet blev genoptaget i 1599 under Henri IV's regeringstid.
Vi går langs floden og rundt om byens ø, blomstermarkedet og byens ø, som var stedet for den romerske guvernørs fæstning. De vartegnesteder omfatter katedralen Notre-Dame de Paris og Sainte-Chapelle. Mange restauranter og iselskere.
Le Marais er fuld af små brostensbelagte gader, foret med hyggelige restauranter, trendy uafhængige modebutikker, moderne kunstgallerier og museer. Der er et jødisk liv i Paris med delikatesseforretninger, bagelbutikker og synagoger, og også Paris i dag fyldt med spændende butikker og søndagsbrunch.
Place des Vosges er en af de ældste pladser i Paris, og også en af de smukkeste. Mange kunstgallerier ligger langs Place des Vosges. Det er en perfekt symmetrisk plads omkranset af 36 bygninger. Victor Hugo-huset er et museum dedikeret til den franske forfatter. Forfatteren til 'Les Miserables' boede på anden sal fra 1832 til 1848.

There are people who guide you through a city, and there are people who quietly change the way you walk through it. Walking through Paris with Neda, the city seemed to speak softly again. Neda shared its cultural stories not as a guide, but as someone who had learned to listen to its silences. When the tour ended, it felt less like leaving a guide and more like parting from a companion who had lent us her eyes for a few hours. Paris remained the same city, yet somehow we returned home with a different one. Neda is so lively, friendly and knowledgeable and showed/told us about the history AND the current status of so many beautiful landmarks, sacred spaces and functionally important places. We walked at whatever pace was best for us, stopped for photos, enjoyed a cafe near Notre Dame, and ended with a covered walk around Place des Vosges. We are so grateful for Neda’s enthusiasm, not just about Paris fascinating history, but also about world cultures and their historical importance.
