Hello dear customer We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. According to our records, the vehicle booked for this transfer was an ordinary standard sedan, and that is exactly what was provided on the day of service. If an executive-class vehicle was required, this should be selected at the time of booking, as it is a different category and price. We understand your concern but based on the booking details, the service you received matches the type you ordered. Unfortunately, in this case, a refund is not applicable.
