Workers at d’Orsay were confused by the online tickets we had and when we picked up the audio sets the woman was hesitant to give them to us when we shared our online tickets with her. She said next time to get them directly from the museum. We were surprised by these reactions because we used Viator in Australia and had no issues.
This was a well organized, low-key way to see Orsay. Just would add you should enter on the side facing the river. But the museum is amazing!

Amazing museum, my favorite. The audio tour purchased with Viator was problematic. There was no way to find the art pieces featured with a narrative. The recording voice and content were great for those pieces we found. I recommend better coordination with the museum or discontinuing the audio portion of your ticket

The Musée d'Orsay is a wonderful treasure chest. The fifth floor is a treat for the eyes and the soul. Excellent experience at Café Campana. Unfortunately, despite the ticket purchased in advance, we had to wait in line for about two hours before being able to enter. The audio guide is not user-friendly and does not offer a search by author, but only by the name of the work.

Museum was great. However, Viator did not deliver again. We paid for a digital guide and we’re not able to access it. We received NO information regarding digital access. We called customer service for help, but calling a man on Mars would be easier. So we gave up on Viator again and we rented audio guides from the d’Orsay.

Most of the well known impression painting are on the 5th floor; you go up several escalators. The building is very impressive.

We used Museum audio guide instead of provided audio guide. Museum is a treasure, especially Renoir exhibits.

Did not understand the digital audio guide. I thought we would pick up a device at the museum. We were surprised to learn that we needed to download it and bring our headsets. We had to buy on site in addition to paying the higher entrance fees.
