Montmartre er episenteret for wienerbrød og chokolade i hele Paris. Amazing tour with Gaspard. Food was delicious and really interesting seeing the area and hearing the history. Had chocolates, crepes, madeleines, 2 pastries and finished off with macaroons and cold chocolate. Perfect!

Alison was an excellent guide that gave us insight on the top local spots in Montmartre - mixing in some history and general information on some of the top pastry and chocolate chefs in Paris, France and the world. It was a perfect day for a tour like this (not too hot or cold) and the selections were all delicious. The length of time (2 hours) was perfect for us (that is about my limit for organized tours like this). Also, the size was the right level (nine of us total, including my family of five). I would highly recommend this tour for anyone in Paris.

I booked this as a surprise for my mom for Mother’s Day. It was easy to book and I received detailed info about where/when to meet and even had access to a WhatsApp chat where they answered some questions I had quickly. We met with our tour leader, Gaspard, and he gave our group a quick history of Montmarte and then we went on our way. We visited multiple places and tried crepes, chocolates, eclairs macarons and madeleines. Gaspard was great at talking about the history of each location including the chefs behind them, the awards they’ve won and the history of that particular dessert. He made the whole group feel comfortable and we were all acting like good friends in no time. Highly recommend this tour and if Gaspard is your guide you’re in for a wonderful time.

We selected this tour after a different tour operator cancelled our tour. While I was hoping for more focus on pastries/chocolates, the tour did not disappoint. We tried macarons, chocolates, as well as 10+ different cheeses and charcuteries. Gaspard was an excellent tour guide and shared lots of information about Montmartre and the foods we were tasting. Secret Food Tours is always an excellent choice - and we certainly did not go home hungry!

The tour was wonderful from start to finish! Emanuel was wonderful! He provided so much information and insight about history as well as all the foods. I would recommend a tour with him, he’s the best! From the macaroons to the cheese to the meats, everything was absolutely wonderful!
