No issues, smooth pick up and drop off at airport. The driver was on time both ways and communication was very good.

Driver made our airport pickup incredibly easy and completely eliminated the stress of figuring out transportation into the city. He reached out as soon as we landed with clear instructions on where to go and how to find him, which made the whole process seamless. For our return trip, we needed to change the pickup location from what we originally provided. We messaged the team through the Viator app and got confirmation of the update in under 20 minutes. The fast response and smooth communication made us feel very well taken care of. I had also noted in the booking that my partner and I were not flying back together—my partner headed home while I continued on for work and planned to take the train from the airport. I know the service includes one drop-off, and walking to the station is totally fine, but I asked our return driver if getting to the train station was straightforward. He simply told me to use Google Maps, which wasn’t the reassurance I was hoping for since it was my first time doing this. That said, as we drove in, he did point out the station, which I very much greatly appreciated. Overall, the service was reliable, easy, and communicative, and it made our travel days much smoother.

The company that picked us up from CDG and the driver were excellent. Our driver was Paul. He was so professional and courteous. My friend left her cell phone in the van. I messaged the company and Paul responded saying he had found her phone. He delivered the phone to the Hotel the next day. He was so kind to check and deliver it in a timely manner. My Driver Vito was very communicative with me, which is very important knowing that he’s at the airport waiting on us , while our flight is running late which gave me peace of mind

They were timely in picking us up at the airport and dropping us off and did an excellent job. The only one Miner detail was the fact that that they were trying to ask if we could fit with three people in a regular sedan. I let them know what our luggage was and told them that they need to do what they needed to do to pick us up since we had booked it for three people with luggage. They ended up bringing a minivan.

Both drivers were pleasant. And punctual. It can be a daunting task to get around a city I am not familiar with. The drivers got me to and from the airport as promised, and the company was wonderful about answering my questions. The next time I am in Paris I will definitely use them again.
