Du vil lave det fra bunden med kvalitetsingredienser, som vi har udvalgt fra vores lokale producenter. Så begynder det hele at ælte fordejen. Du vil give den sidste ingrediens med kagerullen, mens du ruller den færdige dej ud, hvorfra du vil forme dine egne kager! Tiden klarer resten, mens de hviler og bager. Det hele ender godt med smagningen af det du har bagt og den altid lærerige snak om din tur til Paris. This was a very interesting and informative class. We learned not only how to create croissants but the science behind why things need to be done in a certain way. The bonus was getting to take home all of our delicious creations.
Rosali was absolutely wonderful. She explained how everything works and answered all of our questions. I think we will do this again! The croissants were delicious!
This was a wonderfully organised workshop. There were six of us in the class, and our instructor Julia was incredibly friendly, fun, and clearly an expert at their craft. We learned to make croissant, pain au chocolat, and pain suisses, which was a brilliant experience. I know some past reviewers didn't like being paired up, but I actually preferred it; rolling out croissant dough is hard work, so having a partner to share the physical effort made it much better. I learned a lot, brought home a box of fantastic pastries, and feel completely encouraged to try baking them at home.
We really enjoyed baking our breakfast croissants to eat fresh out of the oven, along with other people from around the world, Julie was a great teacher and now we have the detailed recipe so we can try doing this at home!
An absolutely fantastic class. Great instructor who knew his trade, served up with a fantastic sense of humor. We are skilled cooks who definitely learned new techniques. The small group settting was perfect and the results were amazing.
Our baking guide was wonderful. She was personable, knowledgeable, and flexible. We were excited to take this class and it did not disappoint!
Excellent small group hands on croissant baking instruction with 2 croissant and 2 pan au choclate to go. Instructors were experienced and fun! Highly recommend.
