From the moment my family and I arrived at their Al Hamra location, it was clear that this wasn’t just a rental shack—it’s a professional operation dedicated to high-octane fun and impeccable safety. The Warmest Welcome in Ras Al Khaimah We were initially nervous about which activities would suit our mixed-age group, but the staff—specifically Mako and Arjun—were beyond helpful. They didn't just push the most expensive packages; they took the time to understand our comfort levels and tailored a day that had something for everyone. Their genuine smiles and professional demeanour set the tone for the entire trip. Adrenaline on the Arabian Gulf Our highlights included: Parasailing: Captain Islam gave us a flight that was both smooth and exhilarating. Floating high above the Hajar Mountains with a view of the turquoise coast was a "pinch-me" moment. Jet Skiing: The equipment was clearly well-maintained and modern. Feeling the power of the machine while cutting through the calm Gulf waters was the ultimate stress-buster. The Donut & Banana Rides: Absolute chaos in the best way possible! We were a group of ten, and the team (huge shoutout to Toto and Dulip) ensured we had a safe but heart-pounding experience that left us all breathless with laughter.

Me and my family had good experience in parasailing it was really nice and safe with captain and assistant. This is really memorable for us. We will come back again.

We went down to the beach to discuss some water sports with these guys. They explained everything to us and answered all questions we had. We decided to book parasailing, jet ski and banana safari to cater for the age of our children. Unfortunately, one child was scared to do jet ski and was quite upset but captain Syed calmed him down and let him drive his boat on the way back from parasailing which was really nice. The jetskis are fun especially if you take younger children on, the water isn’t choppy at all. The parasailing was a total experience, Captain Syed and tutu were brilliant, thorough in setting things up and making sure we were safe to go. I’m scared of heights but it’s well worth the views. The banana safari was something we could do together as a family. We were taken around Marjan island and out over the open sea to some different areas. It was a good tour and the captain stopped on a little lagoon for us to have a look round and paddle in the sea. I sat on the boat on way back to video my families experience too. Would definitely recommend this water sports company

Cashier lady ( Angel ) is rude and racist. I asked for the manager she said the manager is busy now and he can’t talk to you and she said I am his defense line 😡 . Not recommended paid around 690 aed for terrible services. Rest of the staff very friendly ( specially Ali ) .
