Thomas was an excellent guide and was very knowledgeable about the paranormal equipment and drew upon his own personal experiences and interactions with the spirits in the Dixie House to make for a very interesting tour

Scary and Fun
Great experience for my first time investigation. Brad was an awesome tour guide, took his time and explained things to us. I would definitely book with Brad again!

The house has cameras that records all activity that we can send to you from your investigation.

Not worth the money and don’t feel there was much experience in the guy at the house only being there for two months.
I’m going to start this review by saying I booked this tour because it said it was a guided tour. This is not much of a guided tour the person in the house will ask if you want to do it on your own and if anyone out of the entire tour says they want it on there own then they pretty much answered for all. My wife and I booked this tour as something fun and different to do. We are not paranormal experts and have no experience of using any of the machines they have in the house. We did not get much of a backstory on any of the spirits that are in the house and when questioned about the spirits in the house I was pretty much told if “I believe the spirits are there then they are real”. My wife and I ended up leaving the house early because we felt that we paid to pretty much go sit at a random strangers house for no reason.

Hi, we are sorry that you did not have a good experience at the Dixie House. It sounds like you would have been better doing one of our guided tours from downtown. The Dixie House is a hands-on investigation. We try to let the people in the investigation do an investigation just like they see on tv and social media. We think you would have been happier on the Everdark Express, on this tour you will go to three locations hear the history and get to do some light investigating.

Great experience!
This was my second time with this tour and it didn't disappoint! We had a lot of activity and Brad was a great host. 10/10 would do it again. Can't wait to go back for the midnight hunt!

Great experience

There are not enough stars or words to describe the unbelievable time we had. Absolutely amazing. Brad was awesome and the tour did not disappoint at all. Can't wait to go back

The best ghost hunt I have had
The house was a buzz with activity the second we walked in and Leah was so cool! She was so very helpful and fun to be around! Jack was my favorite ghost he made me feel safe in his room and my sisters favorite was Sally! The equipment options were fantastic and we had so much fun!

Don’t waste your time or $
Went in blind and appreciated the historical info given by our tour guide Leah. However the house is littered with ads which screams commercial to me. Way too many gadgets all of which had to be rigged. You want to believe so you do when you’re there but after doing a little research I learned how easily bells and other gadgets can be rigged to enhance the experience. This particular experience would have been ten times better with way less gadgets, true stories of the ghosts who haunt it and a concerted effort to try to summons those ghost. Lastly, get rid of all the QR codes and ads that greet you when you walk in. This is a house supposedly haunted by ghosts who were alive in the 1940s… not 2026.
