The organization worked great. We had a lot of time to watch the fish. Since the water is wonderfully clear, you could see very well. The crew was extremely friendly and fun.

Great trip, large boat, friendly crew, very helpful. Family had a fantastic time, definitely worth it. Plenty of time in the bottom of the boat looking at the coral and fish. Snorkeling was well organised with plenty of options for non-confident swimmers. Things to note, bring water as only drinks available was small glass of soda (free) or menu of pay for drinks. Photos available but definitely haggle on price.

Hello, I booked from home and was a bit skeptical at the beginning whether everything worked properly. I can only say good things now. Pick up top, the trip by ship worth seeing and the return transport also worked great. Thank you Fred

Hour waited to be picked up , not to speak of , therefore hour later only at destination and hour less on the way / sailed , obsolete boat that does not match the photos at all ; incl broken seats , I expected more of it

Unfortunately Absolutely not recommended. Originally tour bought for 2pm then it was called the pick up time is at 2.45pm. We waited outside the hotel for over an hour. There was no answer to calls and messages. In the end, we weren't picked up either. After requesting a refund from TripAdvisor, we finally received a message that the car allegedly broke down (1.5h after pick-up time). Really cheeky and also a pity that TripAdvisor works with such dubious organizers. Half day was therefore given away.. Please stay away

Great day out very friendly staff picked us up explained things to us took us right to the submarine trip handed us over to the boat staff there were great was good with peoples children on board had a lovely day out no pressure and handed us back to our transport when we got off who brought us back to our hotel lovely trip thank you

My daughter and I enjoyed them. We've seen a lot of fish. It was a really nice experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The excursion to see sea life was enjoyable - we got to see plenty of fish and didn't have to fight to get a good view. The men working on our transfer were brilliant! They were really proud of their city and it came through in our conversation. What was less enjoyable was the constant photos followed by the pressure to buy an album and pressure to tip the staff. I completely understand that Egypt is a tip driven place, but giving a tip and then being asked for a second is a little much.

I went with my wife and 8 month old baby, the staff were very welcoming and the captain went out of his way to keep us welcomed. Overall amazing experience which took around 3.5hrs from collecting us at our hotel and dropping us back
