Terrible.
They were supposed to arrive at my hotel at 1:30. Then they said 2. I was waiting outside my hotel at 1:55. At 2:10, they sent me a message saying they were waiting at another hotel. Then they called me at 2:14 and said they'd come pick me up up 10 minutes. At 2:30, when they still hadn't arrived, I'd had enough of the unprofessionalism and got a taxi. I've asked for a refund, as they failed to arrive as agreed.

Beautiful City of Cartagena
It has been a very nice, interesting tour with lots of information about the places we are visiting and information about how the population lives. The bus is in excellent condition with air conditioning and handles very well. The always respectful and friendly guide, taking care of your tour members and making sure no one is left behind. I would take it again and definitely recommend it to my friends to come and take it ☺️

Good tour to learn more about the history of Cartagena
The tour was very good, the guide explained us a lot of the history of the city and in the places visited we knew a lot of the history of the city, gave us time to take pictures in all places and was always very friendly

Very nice city
I liked the tour all very well, I liked the places they took us and the attention of the guides, the transport was also very good.

Simple but efficient tour
The guide was very knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining everything. He was able to keep track of us, have some good jokes, and overall make the experience memorable.

Great tour

Excellent experience
It was very nice the experience, all very attentive and with very detailed information.
Transportation had what it took to make it nice, air conditioning and give us a bottle of water to cool down.
I would schedule with them again

Live Cartagena as a couple
